Hey. I*m a professional roofer and and i use cement every day so you can see how this video caught my eye. The dragon eggs looked great. On flimsy projects like that you should add a quarter of a cup of PVA glue in with the cement mix. The integrity of the cement will improve a lot. Nice video! :)
It’s a good idea if you can make it for cheaper than in the shops, I just worry if it fell over because of the weight of the top part compared to the weight or size of the legs or if the wind blew it over , would it smash to pieces or injure someone’s foot etc.
As a professional in the field of design I would say there is plenty of scope here. It's not the end product that counts it's the unusual way the materials are being manipulated and used. I'm sure the next idea will be even better, as will the one after that, until something really impressive emerges. That's how success is made. well done keep it up.
study architecture... the wood is placed at 75 degrees in all 3 places and same quality/ height/strength - it holds... - could be a tad shorter and you would never have to worry about it toppling...
Hmm. I find that alternating between both is much better. Also helps to keep the consistency thicker in the beginning, then make it more liquid...that way you avoid lumps/bubbles.
Pls, post details of the cement used. It appears way different from the one I've seen around, which is used in building constructions. Also, Kudos for the amazing ideas!!
If you decide to try this ALWAYS WEAR A DAMNED MASK! Not all the videos tell you to, and if concrete dust gets in you lungs (which is likely because it goes everywhere) then it will solidify
Yes true, wear a mask as well as the gloves. The cement powder is fine & dust will occur which you may accidentally inhale. This may lead to health issues in the future if you should happen to inhale a lot - but rest assured it won't solidify and fill your lungs with rocks or stones - more likely to cause emphysema or similar.
penile 1 Technically it could be concrete if a smaller aggregate such as sand or finer gravel, but from the looks there is none. An aggregate is used to bind the material together and add strength. It also makes the material cheaper in larger concrete projects. It is anything added to the cementitious material such as gravel, limestone, sand, glass beads, recycled concrete, etc. To be concrete, the mixture is comprised of water, cementitious material and aggregate; with no aggregate, it’s just cement.
"Concrete" made of just cement and water will develop cracks at an early age, especially if it's left to cure in air. It should be covered with plastic or a wet cloth for the first 24 hours then immersed in water for a few days or even weeks.
Which is better 4 large bowls etc? Cement or Concrete?? Cos my cement bowls are smooth enuf but crack easy! Will concrete be stronger & give a more rough look & feel?
Concrete is what you get when you add sand, water and usually gravel to the cement powder. A bit like how flour isn't bread until you mix it with the other ingredients
1.Project 1 is from 5 minute crafts (minute crafts made it in may 2018 this made it in September 2018) 2. The hand figures with the cement (I think it's cement) is inspired by 5 minute crafts and tooken to a further rate with different motions
Az alkotás a legjobb az embernek,és az elmének..
Only two was new to me the concrete serving tray and the hedgehog boot brush but love them. Always looking for new idea.
Nnnnnnnnn

man I been looking for that concrete aesthetic for a long time now
That's a good idea. It's a beautiful flowerpot.
Fantastic. With the warm weather creeping up, lots to go at, especially the table.
great job guys. Thanks for sharing
some real good ideas. the table one was great.

Wonderful recommended video.... Never even thought about making anything concrete but look at me now, headed to Home Depot thanks to you! Lol 🤣🤣🤣

Very good ideas...eventhough some wouldn't be done indeed opens creativity mind. Thanks and keep these ideas shares.
These are some very creative ideas. I like the hedgehog the best. That could be because I like Hedgehogs. The table was a unique idea too.

Geez, Y'all got some hateful viewers. I have 3 bags of concrete from another project. Thanks for the great ideas.

I agree! Sadly, this is the media form where everyone has an opinion! I'm here to learn something I may want to try! 💜

I thought when he fliped it over at 5:08 it would be like "LET'S DO THE OTHER SIDE NOW"

Excellent! Thank you so much for sharing. Greetings from Sri Lanka!
That candle finger though 😂😂
And the concrete stool topples over cause it's heavy on top and lands on your foot. Thanks buzzfeed!!👍👍

So i wasn't the only one. Yep that needs accurate calculation of angles and masses and stick lengths, not shoving it in optimistically.
The concept came from the RUclips channel HomeMadeModern (Ben). His tutorial is more in depth. ruclips.net/video/npPRWDgpduI/видео.html
There is a difference between cement, concrete and plaster of Paris!!
Красиво и стильно. Необычное применение цемента. Только надо обязательно покрывать лаком все изделия. А так.. всё круто!
I need to try this diys 🤗🤗🤗
love them all. Could i use plaster of Paris to do the same thing?
I am just laying on bed and enjoying this with Doritos
hahahahaha I don't know why I think this is incredibly relaxing
1.2K people refuse to let BuzzFeed get away with fake news. 28K are just here for the crafts.
I thought this video was going to suck but the ideas are pretty good actually :o
put the water first then the cement. It’ll make mixing way better and won’t create unmixed pieces of concrete
Hmm. I find that alternating between both is much better. Also helps to keep the consistency thicker in the beginning, then make it more liquid...that way you avoid lumps/bubbles.
It is a bit like mixing a cake isn’t it , but I imagine tougher and obviously you can’t eat it
waooo.. i like it . great !

Well congrats you probably shortened your life span

Really cool diy's! But I feel like I wouldn't cover an entire table in cement when I could just paint it white over the marker stain. Just a hint ;)
Davina Wellness I think mainly so it looks like one of those concrete tables that are really heavy without the heaviness :)
Well it also showed they was a dent in the table which paint can fix
the theme is concrete. I'm sure your hint is on other 'quick fix" DIY" videos.
WOW! Nice Video.
WoW great!!!! Thank you nifty!!!

I love me some baked rocks 😋
You know you can add colour to concrete (oxides) and glitter too, just before you seal it, both available from a company called 'Hemway'
where did you get the material for hedgehog and what is it called?
I need to make that table!

I Love 💕 The cute little hedgehog 🦔 at the end the best. Just wondering did you create the Ladybug 🐞 too, If so could you please show us how?
How does one ensure that all of the stool legs are at the correct angle so that the stool seat will be level?
Where can I buy this cement and what brand is it?
you r realy genius great ideas
that concrete chair you can reinforce it with wire to join the 3 legs..it stronger that way...
My boyfriend wants to state that the mixture used was cement, not concrete since it does not have an aggregate.

@@osvaldoballesteros it will be quite brittle.
Not if mixed in right quantity
Some ‘concrete’ ideas.
Thanks
On the concrete fire bowl what do you use for fuel? Jelled methanol?
Wow what a Creativity
Hi, I am so amazing with all these cement works! May I know how do u trowel and finish these cement craft surface so that the craft won't powdering? 😅
"Concrete" made of just cement and water will develop cracks at an early age, especially if it's left to cure in air. It should be covered with plastic or a wet cloth for the first 24 hours then immersed in water for a few days or even weeks.
its not even concrete without sand and stone for strength and durability, its just a cement skin
So did y’all get a good deal on concrete or do y’all just really like it
Cement is not concrete.

What is the difference between cement and concrete ?
As I understand it, Cement is the powder you buy in bags and when it sets it becomes concrete.
What concrete do you use on this videos? Doesn’t it need sand to be added?
I feel like im watching "Tasty" channel, but we can't eat this version
Anything can be eaten if you try hard enough
Which is better 4 large bowls etc? Cement or Concrete?? Cos my cement bowls are smooth enuf but crack easy! Will concrete be stronger & give a more rough look & feel?
