Yes that's exactly why they won't release the seasons but I don't believe it has anything to do with this particular journey song it's other songs that Lisa Hartman saying that might have been originals.
Lisa Hartman wasn’t in season 3 and she left after season 7. If the DVDs for seasons 1 and 2 had sold, they’d at least release season 3. And this song was pretty quick - wouldn’t be difficult to edit it out.
Actually none of the cast aged very well except maybe for Mack. He still looks good today. I won't even begin to talk about Joan Van Ark. Just plain scary.
