AH, this cleared up so much for me. I've watched this video before, but I watched it again now and I went all AAOOOHH,that's why. Well done...however, I'm a Cappy with Venus in Scorpio...and I don't believe in "owning" anyone. For that matter, I have had the experience of feeling overwhelmed in a relationship WITH a Scorpio (not sure of his Venus, but he was definitely a Scorp), and left it for that very reason. Scorpios are notably all-consuming when it comes to love, but having your Venus in Scorpio does not make you act like a Scorpio. Capricorns, for example, are not demanding of love...and are not out to possess or 'consume' their partner, heart and soul.

I think it goes both ways and definitely depends on other aspects of the natal chart. As a Venus in Scorpio myself, I can possess those jealous traits and be emotionally manipulative if I don't remain balanced. However, I have always felt uncomfortable about the way many people (even friends...they usually give up after a certain amount of time) are so attracted to my allure sexually and I easily pick up on it.
