Im a single mom of 2 (my son is 6 yrs old and in kindergarten and my daughter is 8 yrs old and in 2nd grade) and with all the new homeschooling situation we've been thrown in Im so incredibly overwhelmed and going full blown STIR CRAZY!!!! My daughter is super social so not seeing her friends has been hard for her! However, she is a bit like her mama in the fact that she will stay up late if she can and sleeps in wheb she can, sleeping mask and all!!! Agree, retinol is No.1. Also, the skin around the eyes is much thinner so it needs to be treated differently. Cream around the eyes seeps up into the eyes so it needs to be non-allergic or you can end up with red, irritated eyes. For myself, Dermalogica Multivitamin Power Creme for eyes is pure magic.
Penelope Collett yeah eye creams are just moisturizers packed in a smaller jar with some extra ingredients that don’t make much of a difference for the most part. It’s hard to find a legit eye cream that has ultra gentle and effective ingredients that will do what they say. I may try that eye cream you’re talking about!!!

I've tried every eye cream on the market and they've never worked until I found this one from Dermalogica. It really works for me. Other products I can recommend after years of trying everything - Dermalogica's Gentle Cream Exfoliant I use once a week. And Clarins Super Restorative serum am and pm, and their day and night creams. Have just started alternating with a Vit C serum from Lancome. I also use Dermalogica's MultiVit Power Recovery Masque once a week. These products really work!

Also I have large pores as well and I swear the only thing I’ve found that really made a difference was the vitamin c and the vitamin a serum from mad Hippie. It changed my skin a lot.! I don’t suggest products allot but I love it so much I do talk about mad hippie.

The only cost effective cream that will make a difference is anything with Vit C in it. These creams started off very inexpensive but as Vit C become more popular the price has gone through the roof. Clinique is probably the most cost effective range on the market that works. And Boots No. 7, except where I live they no longer import it and I don't shop online (too many scamsters out there!)
