  • This warmup should be done prior to any ELDOA™ exercise.
    Beginner level Mat ELDOA™. Introduction to ELDOA™ as a movement technique developed by Dr.Guy Voyer, French Osteopath. Each class will introduce specific exercise sequences to create space within the spine, hips and shoulders while helping to prevent/reduce pain in and around the articulations.

    I jumped into L4-L5 ….. and you said to already be warmed up. So here I am. I like your rhythm & style. Thank you. I’m dealing with sciatica. Ugh.

    Loved this! Thank you so much! Do you have anything that would work well for mild scoliosis and osteoarthritis of the cervical spine (neck)??
