Premier Ford welcomes manufacturing investment in Port Colborne, Ont. - September 24, 2024

Ontario Premier Doug Ford holds a news conference to celebrate Jungbunzlauer’s $200-million investment in its Port Colborne facility. The Ford government will invest $4.8 million in the project, which will enable the company to expand its production of xanthan gum, a common food additive.
The premier is joined by Ontario Economic Development Minister Vic Fedeli, Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff, Port Colborne Mayor Bill Steele, and Jungbunzlauer CEO Bruno Tremblay.
