The hardest card to pull from the Celebrations set by far, is the Shining Magikarp. There are only 4,448 PSA 10s after all this time. Someone is buying these up, both raw and graded in a big way. The number of Shining Magikarp selling on EBAY is exploding and the prices are going right through the roof, up more than a double in the past two weeks....
