I currently have a 4087 and though I do agree it is not a great live aboard as I have lived aboard in the past 4 years on a Californian (Great Boat just old). If you are looking at Navigator keep in mind that most of them have Volvo engines. Great engine just very expensive to maintain and parts are scarce. CAT, Cummins, and Detroit are less expensive to maintain (relative) and more reliable. I have Cummins in my 4087 and it drives like my master craft ski boat and is 43 feet long!
@@BoatingJourney I started watching you because we have a lot in common and you were in the PNW as I am, but I enjoy your videos and look forward to my more. :)
@@BoatingJourney That is so awesome !!! I'm 51 now, and as soon as I saw your video, a flood of long shelved memories hit me. Thanks for writing back and confirming for me !!!
By the way, what would be your guys’ ideal liveaboard? Any specific type of boat, like a trawler? If you said it in the video I’m sorry I missed it, just curious, thanks!
Thanks for asking. our choice has changed over the years. Probably not a trawler, now that we are in FL. We need to be able to run from weather quickly. Our favorite has still been the Navigator Sundance or the Vista 50. We have also been told to check out a Tolly Craft and another Hatteras. So we'll start our search soon. Ideally, we'd love a power cat, but it would require too much slip space. Thanks for asking!
So you guys really are never going to buy a boat and live aboard? I’m so confused, so now your not looking for a boat, and living in a house? But you did say something about buying a boat for $100? That’s it, I give up. Lol 😂
No, that is still our plan!! We are simply renting an apartment until we find a boat. We have to learn about hurricane insurance, find a liveaboard marina, etc. In the meantime, we are also open to a fixer upper as a project boat! Thanks for watching!
I UN-SUBSCIBED ‼️ So Basically you've been lying to ALL of us about looking for your next liveaboard, just so that you could keep pumping out Videos‼️🤨🤨🤨
No, we never lied about that. We actually have and still are looking for a liveaboard. We just couldn't find one in the NW, so that's why we moved to tge boating capital.....
We've owned 3 Bayliners and loved each of them. What boat do you own? We don't see any boating videos on your channel? If you can get on the water and it makes you happy, who cares what brand it is.
Congratulations on your new job and adventure. How exciting. I wish you both the best of luck and look forward to following your new adventures.
Thank you Robert!!

Yep, we had those same engines on our 4087. Ideally, we do want to stick with CAT, Cummins, Detroit or MAN. Thanks for your feedback! Cheers!
Good luck in your journey! :)
Thank you 😊

Tell your story not a version of what other people think you should do.
Best way to screw everything up is trying to please everyone including family.
Life interrupted by Covid, haven’t we all. Good luck on your journey of new adventures.
Thank you :)

So you lied previously...
No, we didn't lie. We just didn't tell the full story.
@@BoatingJourney oh I was trying to come across as funny. I have no friends...lol
They sold it because Bayliner boats suck!!!!
So you sold your boat? get to the point... ffs.
Did you watch the full episode?
Agreed Bayliner the worst ever.. only people who know nothing about boats would buy one
