But i just want you to know that SB19 worked so hard and have been working for this music for this so long even before panalo got viral. SB19 created this masterpiece with their own heart and mind. masculinity is not defined whether you wear make up or not. Wearing make up dates back from long ago when people of the past cover there face before war or before facing any challenges. Some ethnicities like in Africa wear make up to show bravery before battle or before they court the ladies.

I like your full honest reaction. Even the similarity of kpop and ppop. We might be fooling ourselves by loving the art of SB19. for the mere fact, even some of BTS songs (I am not saying it all) are also written by their filipino writer. FYI, the song is about self-love and empowerment. This song is not just about the Philippines but also about individuals all around the world that wherever you are, you should be proud of your own self (flag) and raise it with confidence and pride. That is why their flag is a question mark. And also, it is not inspired from Panalo. Panalo is patriotic rap song while "What?" is about pushing success against the norm. "What?" has a general message that the world may relate to. ☝️😊

A'tin here and I've been watching his videos ever since his subs were just 100k. And knowing Ovela, the greatest compliment I think was him replaying parts of the MV.
Normalize men wearing make up. Make up is genderless. They were first used by men in 4000 BCE Which means Myriad times. ancient egyptians wear them. In the 80’s rock bands use make up.
Dude its 2021! I mean make up is for all. Not just for women. Wake up! They look good it adds to the epicness of their MV.
Just wanna say, just bc they’re wearing make up doesn’t mean it makes them (or men in general) less masculine. Make up isn’t just for women. I hope you stop the bigotry and open your mind.

I haven't finished this video, But I have one thing to say to sir, dont you ever say that SB19 got this Ideas from PANALO by Ezmil, i like Panalo and I was very proud of it. But i just want you to know that SB19 worked so hard and have been working for this music for this so long even before panalo got viral. SB19 created this masterpiece with their own heart and mind. I don't think that they created this beautiful music just becoz there was music with a similar "message" about being a proud Filipino got viral. I just felt like I have to say it coz you always find a way to something about SB19.😊 As an A'tin, I was there. Watching them almost everything they do for their music and for Us, their Fans. I just don't like that way you say it is like talking away or someone deducting on their masterpiece. And about your comment about not liking their make up or POP in general, I think its just you being close minded and not accepting the fact that music or art has so many kinds and this kind of music and style is part of it. I respect that you will really haveto day something because you are HONEST about your reaction. But make sure that your Reaction will not offend anyone. Like me, I literally stop this video just you write this to you. I hope you read this. And please, if you keep on saying you dont like POP in general, Stop reactioning to SB19 or to any PPoP group. That would atleast lessen what I feel for you. Thanks 😌
Did you finish the video? He did ask the question if it was inspired by panalo. He did not say it really is the former. And he can really react to it, its out for public view. Dont be such a soft shell.
I don't think both songs are connected. Panalo was written by EZ in 2016, but was not a finished product yet. He said in one interview. He continued to finalize the song in 2019 and released in 2020 but became viral in 2021. What a journey of hardwork & dedication these artists do.

Every transitions has actually different explanation in each persona. Pablo - as a soldier
Stell - a farmer
Ken - a gangster leader
Justin - a moon prince
Josh - a rich business man
If you see at the end they join force and become a soldiers to raise the Philippine flag.
Justin the member of SB19 is the man behind the concept of Music Video, he is the creative director. Sejun(John Paulo Nase) the leader of the group is also the song writer and producer of the song. I can't be any prouder.
masculinity is not defined whether you wear make up or not. Wearing make up dates back from long ago when people of the past cover there face before war or before facing any challenges. Some ethnicities like in Africa wear make up to show bravery before battle or before they court the ladies.
