You should do a rebuild by only signing players with a certain potential, so for example the highest potential player you can sig is 85 for whole rebuild or 84 but the player can be any rating below that.

The reason you can’t use teams like santos and São Paulo for career modes is because the league they play in isn’t licensed in FC24. But the individual teams are.
Yeah but what doesn't make sense is you can't use those teams and like transfer them to a different league like you could with teams from any other league. Never understood that. I get they can't have the Brazilian league anymore but they already have the teams, why not let us use them?
@@mosalacommodore6993you can transfer a “rest of the world” team into a different league but unfortunately the teams I mentioned aren’t listed in “rest of the world” I think it because they don’t have full licensing for the entire squad. Only a few players from each team. That’s the only thing that could make sense to me.
