Hi Cani. Just a little tip. If you found a youth player with high potential but have horrible value, sign him and see what position he's best at. Sometimes fc24 generate players with stats not suited for the position. It happens a lot for me...for example, a player might be 50+ at cm but is actually 60+ when converted to cam/lw/rw.
Yeah that happened to me I had a 92 to 94 potential but he only grew up to +1 in a full season so I changed him from Cb to LW and he grew +19 from 55 to 74

I dont know yer if its a bug of a 5/4 stars scout or eafc increased the chances to find better youngsters. guys try to give your scout instructions of what position you want him to search and comment under this comment to let me know.

You could try to rebuild Santos, one of the most historical teams in the Brazillian league who have recently been relegated to the second division, the objective is to rebuild the team with youth academy only, promote them back to the first division and win Brazil the world cup with some of the youth academy kids in the squad, if you want a little extra challenge maybe try to find a young CF or CAM to be the new Pele
