This back yard area taught me not be afraid of the shade, it will still happen, takes alittle longer to fruit, but she has fruit. and enough for her and the family... and she is enjoying every minute she spends with her creation...hagd. thank you

What a sweet woman. I can feel her deep connection to her trees. I love that she knows all the cultivar names, what a great tour. And your questions and comments are great.

I wonder if that space that won't grow anything is because there used to be a pool there? Maybe the chemicals are still in the ground so it will be years before it dissolves. Just a thought 😊

I thank you so much for your great work , that undoubtedly means so much to me, I am about to take on a 30 acres of fruit trees from around the world plus yard chickens to produce egg commercially,
One thing I'll ask of you my amigo, please make sure to show the labels. On trees or plainly pronounce names, .
Thanks again, God bless you and all farm's that you visit

If you remove the seed from inside the seed pod you will have the seed germinate in less than a Month, remove all the fruit off the seed pod shave all the fiber hairs off the seed and rap it in a damp white paper towel and place it in a plastic covered bowl, and in about 3-4 weeks it will germinate, once you see the root pop out you can plant it and cover it with about 1/2" of potting soil. and in about 2-3 weeks the tree will form, keep it in a shaded area where the sun won't burn the tender tree and leafs, once its about 6-9 inches give it a little sun but not full sun, Good luck

Another nice video, Paul, thank you... Smiles are contagious. I have a question for you and I hope you have an answer. I have 2 lemon drop mango steins in 15 gallon pots that I would like to put into the ground. I currently keep mine under the south side of an oak canopy and want to move them out. Do they like full sun? How drought tolerant are they after establishment? Any special fertilizer needed throughout the year? We are in zone 9b/10a on the West coast. I noticed Sueann is growing hers under the pine tree canopy. I appreciate your thoughts. I did not know the cocoa plum seeds were eatable.

Who is the person she used to trim her mango trees? I live near her, have many mango trees and other fruit trees that will need serious work after fruiting this year. Tree services are clueless when it comes to trimming fruit trees.
