Phil, thank you. This video was great, if you didn't produce it we would be waiting years if not forever to find the best sprayer, I know other than the Zep I've been disappointed in every trigger sprayer I've used. You're mechanical aptitude is great, which allows you to give us these awesome comparison videos, with logical how and whys. I really have't found anyone else who gives a quality honest assessment. You don't go with trends, unnessarily favorite a technology, or use a product because it's hoity toity and looks good on your garage shelf. Additionally one thing I appreciate is you are constantly putting your favorites to the test, when a product doesn't make your standards, you modify it, or produce you're own. Professionally I'm a Benchmarking Engineer in the auto industry and know how much time and work it takes to do what you do.
Using your 007 GE for a while now and besides being the best thing I have used, I have to say, the sprayer is spot on with what you said on the video, the combination with your bottle is perfect.
I like the 'double pump' sprayers, I think it was kwazar that makes them, sprays on compression and release of handle. I have not had much experience with 'harsh chemicals' in them so don't know how they will hold up, but the ik style 'Hudson sprayers are nice as well, if you KNOW you are going to be doing a lot of spraying.
Finally, someone makes a video about these. I wish you can make a part II with commercial triggers like, Adams, Griot's, McGuires, Chemical Guys, etc...
Is not exactly the trigger. The Griot's Garage is a bit different. I have all these bottles in front of me and wish you can actually take the actual trigger from each commercial bottle
Another great video, I have using Zep sprayers for years and you are correct, they are great ! I am looking forward to buying some of your new wheel cleaner .
Does bottle color matter i want to put every thing into bigger bottles but im afraid uv rays from sun or the ambient lights will destroy the chemicals that were in solid or dark colored bottles
Most of these sprayers are the same. I have tried several sprayers and had issues with virtually all of them. It's either the fluid is leaking, or the spray nozzle gets stuck after pulling on the trigger consistently for some minutes, or the spray head simply breaks off from the bottle.
Auto Fanatic I would like to give your triggers a try, do you offer empty bottles as well to go with them? Noticed on your web site the foaming triggers are out of stock, do you know when you might be getting those back in stock? Thx
I have been a big supporter of Griots for 20 years, but their "World's Best Sprayer" (the first design you showed), was the World's Worst Sprayer! I bought all new replacement Griots sprayers when they introduced the newer design, but they still leak and for some products like Griots Undercarriage Spray they leak like a sieve. The cheapest sprayer you showed looks like the ones I get with Zaino products and I like them the best for both atomization and being non-leak - so it may have a lot to do with the viscosity and chemical makeup of what you are spraying? The Zaino sprayers give me a very fine mist, but you don't drench the car with Zaino.
I dig 'em. The bottle as a whole is pricey. After using one for a while, I bought 3 more. I've had mine for years. Great for clay lube, or anything u need to spray tons of product. I haven't used harsh chemicals (wheel cleaners) in mine, though
I use the Chemical Guys gray sprayers and I've also been satisfied with the large Griot's sprayers. The large Griot's I have don't seem to be as wobbly as the one in your video. You didn't review the smaller Griot's sprayer. What do you think of it? The large Zep sprayers have plenty of negative reviews/complaints on Home Depot website.
William Clark i think griots might have switched suppliers the few i have are terrible and i dont recall them being that bad. QC im sure is tough on how these are made
I use the grey sprayers but I get them from detailing.com. much cheaper but the same great quality. The only issue I've had with them is using it with meguiars wheel brightener. It stopped spraying but I soaked it in distilled water overnight and it worked fine again.
Fun fact: the trigger sprayer that your using on your gloss 007 are the same ones the barbershop business uses to spray alchol on your head after you get a fresh cut, though idk if there chemical resistant or not.
I didnt like the grey trigger sprayers because of the looks, and I decided to buy some from Detail Image because there black, and they work great for me
Honestly every trigger sprayer I've ever used kinda sucked. I've used basically all the ones in the video, and while some are better than others, that's not saying much. I always find it annoying how quickly these sprayers sputter the moment you try to spray at an angle with a half full bottle. Get a little bit of air in, and it's sputtering for the next 10 trigger sprays.
Zep has a steel spring the crack in half .i used to buy a sprayer with a brass spray hole and you could actually repair them . For you younger ones thats to disassemble fix and sometimes improve . I know just take my word for it
MAYBE i AM BEING PICKY BUT THE YELLOW ONE GETS GOOD REVIEWS HERE, BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE CREAKING NOISE IT MAKES WHEN YOU SPRAYED IT. SEEMED IRRITATIONG TO ME. OTHERS SEEMED GOOD BUT I WOULDN'T WANT TO HEAR IT EVERY TIME I USE IT. THE BLACK ONE YOU PICKED LOOKED SMOOTH. LOOKS LIKE IT MIGHT POSSIBLE NOT GIVE YOU AS MUCH AS A SPRAY PER PUMP, POSSIBLE BUT SMOOTH.
they work decent and are easy to get a HD and Lowes cheaply they were awesome 30 years ago but things have changed with quality of course for sake of increasing profit margins
About time someone makes a video about sprayers. Sprayers are a big thing in the detailing world, at least for me. Great video!
Indeed!!!

Last TKensei thanks yeah it took me a while to pair those together i feel it's perfect
i still have yet to find anything that works with megs wheel brightner
Please let me know if you do
Any updates on your wheel cleaner release date? Also will you sell by gallon?
Yes good question ! Still waiting .......
What foaming sprayer do you recommend for a 32 ounce bottle?
I like the 'double pump' sprayers, I think it was kwazar that makes them, sprays on compression and release of handle. I have not had much experience with 'harsh chemicals' in them so don't know how they will hold up, but the ik style 'Hudson sprayers are nice as well, if you KNOW you are going to be doing a lot of spraying.
Carpros new black pro triggers look identical to what your giving with your bottles .
Finally, someone makes a video about these. I wish you can make a part II with commercial triggers like, Adams, Griot's, McGuires, Chemical Guys, etc...
Jerry Pena those are in the video too
Is not exactly the trigger. The Griot's Garage is a bit different. I have all these bottles in front of me and wish you can actually take the actual trigger from each commercial bottle
A video I’ve been waiting for 🔥👀
Hello sir I'm from india could you transform this yellow trigger spray into automatic spray
I like the grey sprayers but they do need maintenance like running under hot water.
Another great video, I have using Zep sprayers for years and you are correct, they are great ! I am looking forward to buying some of your new wheel cleaner .
preorder will happen very soon so be sure you stay tuned in to my social media feeds. AF
Does bottle color matter i want to put every thing into bigger bottles but im afraid uv rays from sun or the ambient lights will destroy the chemicals that were in solid or dark colored bottles
mike watkins it can matter it depends how stable the chemical is
I’ve been using only zep for al my exterior products. High output helps a lot when clean wheels and tires. Works great.
and they are easy to get, i have used the Zep ones since 1990 and rarely had one fail
Thanks for the video. The spray action and your commentary are spot on.
thanks for watching. AF
Most of these sprayers are the same. I have tried several sprayers and had issues with virtually all of them. It's either the fluid is leaking, or the spray nozzle gets stuck after pulling on the trigger consistently for some minutes, or the spray head simply breaks off from the bottle.
quality of sprayers has gone in the toilet last 2.5 years we are also noticing.
Now make a video on how to fix a zep sprayer that doesn't wanna spray 😒
How would the McGuiars sprayer head stack up? Thx
best sprayer heads are the ones i sell, the Zeps etc all others are horrible that ive tested they just dont last in a garage
Auto Fanatic I would like to give your triggers a try, do you offer empty bottles as well to go with them? Noticed on your web site the foaming triggers are out of stock, do you know when you might be getting those back in stock? Thx

Zep doesn't hold up to tire cleaners. I tried many and at my wit's end with sprayers anyone that has found some that will please share thanks
You are fanatic haha I like it I thought it was just OCD when I do these types of things lol but it is just being fanatic
Every tried dual action trigger sprayers like Kwazar? I'm curious how good/durable they are...
I dig 'em. The bottle as a whole is pricey. After using one for a while, I bought 3 more. I've had mine for years. Great for clay lube, or anything u need to spray tons of product. I haven't used harsh chemicals (wheel cleaners) in mine, though
Eta on wheel cleaner?
Yeah, i bough a foam sprayer for that purpose. If this work as promised, i will buy few gallons

Has anyone ever put wash soap in a bottle like these like a triple sprayer for a foamer ?? Wonder is all..
Fun fact: the trigger sprayer that your using on your gloss 007 are the same ones the barbershop business uses to spray alchol on your head after you get a fresh cut, though idk if there chemical resistant or not.
they seem to be chemical resistant as i have yet to have any issues even for my IPA bottles.
@@autofanaticcars kool they actually sell the same trigger sprayers at a beauty supply store near my house for 2 bucks each, I might pick some up
I didnt like the grey trigger sprayers because of the looks, and I decided to buy some from Detail Image because there black, and they work great for me
Love my Zep!

Griots is my favorite, but they fail too.

Klasse Act no sprayer youll need a foamer 👍
Haha how many millions of people asking about the wheel cleaner nearly every video
Ok

No the zep sprayers are crap
they work decent and are easy to get a HD and Lowes cheaply they were awesome 30 years ago but things have changed with quality of course for sake of increasing profit margins
