That reversals explanation was so interesting and I've added that book straight to my wishlist. I've been considering a book on numerology in the tarot too, to apply to Marseille. Thank you for talking us through all these books!
Thank you for the addition of my book. I totally get what you mean about the layout. It came out so long ago, I’d probably do the organization a little differently now. Great other suggestions I love all of those books!
😱omg Ethony! Thank you so much for watching my video!! I love your channel and your decks! Your book on court cards is an absolute must for tarot readers, I hope I didn’t come across as negative, it’s just my aging brain that sometimes needs things in a certain way 🤦♀️🤷♀️😁
Thank you so much for showing these books and sharing your thoughts Silvia! 🙌 I saved a couple to my wishlist for future reading 🤓 I also really love books that focus on tarot art throughout the years, like History of Tarot Art, Tarot and Divination Cards, Iconic Tarot Decks and the Library of Esoterica: Tarot - I can't get enough of seeing all the different interpretations 👌 I have really been enjoying your channel and content by the way - thank you for sharing 😊
Ohhh, I love this reversal explanation, I haven’t used reversals in that way but I think it’s something I will try and invite and explore within my practice
43:14 I really enjoy your channel. This was great. I think also it is what is a persons jumping off point into tarot which has some bearing. People can come from all sorts of learned or experienced information. Love your choices. I have holistic tarot among these by Benebell Wen. I will get into it more. I feel I am dipping my toes presently but I need to say and thank you. I have felt somewhat guilty about learning tarot and being in the moment with it, but you Silvia have given this journey have learning some many legs for me, guilt gone. Bless you. I currently am Also reading a interesting tarot book by Grant Isaac and also for lighter reading Messages from the Archetypes by Toni Gilbert. I love how you or one can approach tarot through so many different lenses. Jungian numerologically physiologically Spiritually Archetypically Philosophically Etc Blessings and thank you
Oh I think I know which one you’re referring to. I need to dig into my bookshelves and look for it because I might have it! Court cards are such an interesting subject to study, aren’t they! Thank you for watching 🥰
My faves: Kitchen Table Tarot, tarot skills for the 21st-century, tarot 101, guided tarot, holistic tarot ❤ Do you have a favourite guidebook that comes with a deck?
Oh I love the Kitchen Table Tarot book! It would’ve been #11 for sure! I definitely have favorites when it comes to guidebooks too, I might do a video on those ones 😍
Not sure why my comment has been deleted but I was mentioning that Didier Colin is french and perhaps that's why you couldn't find the book in english?
Hi Michael, I didn’t personally delete your comment but there is a filter that withholds comments containing potentially offensive words. I’m not saying your comment was offensive of course but the algo may have picked it up for whatever reason, sorry about that! I’m aware Didier is french, I really loved that book, I just hope it’s not Out of print! Thank you for watching!
You Are So correct, about loving to learn and "know stuff!" It's why so many of us gravitate toward your channel! I'd go bonkers on the Your Tarot Court book: organization of information is so important ~ because if can't find it or have to go back and forth here there to piece it together, I might not last. Also. Marseilles: what do we need to know about Numerology to read M, specifically? Does M system depend on it? Or do each of the cards have a specific meaning, same as each card in RWS does? Always learn so much watching your presentations!
Thank you! I’m so glad this video got positive responses, I’m siesta a bit nervous when showing more personal sides of my practice. For me learning is everything, that’s why I love tarot so much, it’s kept me busy for 35 years!! Marseille is all about numerology and directionality… but having said that I think that intuition plays a much bigger role when using Marseille rather than RWS. I use Marseille when I want a clear headed reading with no personal interpretation from the artist in the way. I would post a video on my Marseille decks but I only have 5 🤣🤣
@@fairlighttarot Maybe a video demo for those of us with Marseilles decks who love them and admire them but don't know how to approach reading with them? Lazy people like me who learn best from watching knowledgeable practitioners like yourself? (shameless kissing-up I know)
🤣🤣 flattery is always appreciated! I’m thinking about a series on how I read tarot that would include other systems as well so Marseille and Thoth for sure! I’ll get there, I just need to get organized 😁🥰
I really liked the selection. I have 8 out of 10 and i really like them. I recommend one more book by Mary K. Greer The ultimate guide to reading reversals. This is my go to book if I'm looking for a card meaning. I hope you will like it
Hello there! I personally really like the deep dive Numerology and Tarot by M Silva, Who are you in the Tarot by Greer, Tarot and Numerology by Rhonda Moon and others specific books focusing on numerology alone 🥰
I've never been one much for books, because of my dyslexia. Should I? If you only had to pick one out of these 10, which one would you pick? I'm an intermediate, I think. TIA!
I totally get it! I’ve been battling with a form of dyslexia all my life! Perhaps the Tarot Court one? It’s very entertaining, but that would depend on how you read the court cards. Otherwise any book from Rachel 🥰
I have trouble with reading numbers sequentially. The first time I realized that I was at school and my teacher thought I was joking because she’d never seen anything like it. 🤷♀️
Thank you, Silvia, for showing all these great books 😍 I love to study tarot and all what relates to it. The last book, the archetypal, caught my eye, as well as the court card book. And the one with all the tables. I love tables, I am a very visual learner. Loved to hear about the different way of reading reversals. This actually makes a lot of sense to me. Currently I study the tarot and astrology book by Corinne Kenner. Love that one, I read and study the actual decan.
Oh I love Corinne’s books! I read her Tarot for Writers more than once, it really helped me structure my fiction books! I’m a visual learner too, it’s the best way to retain info for me 🥰 Thank you for watching 🙏
@@fairlighttarot oh, I stumbled across tarot for writers on Amazon and I wondered what the book was about. Is it for professional writers only, or is it suitable for creative writing as well, such as journaling, short stories and so on?
I would definitely recommend it as a reading for any type of writing. No matter what the output is, writing is a creative process and that book is excellent for getting an idea on how to structure our creativity 😁
That reversals explanation was so interesting and I've added that book straight to my wishlist. I've been considering a book on numerology in the tarot too, to apply to Marseille. Thank you for talking us through all these books!

Loved your tarot book selections. A few I don't have and have been put on the wishlist 😊
