One of the best movies/documentaries I have ever seen! Love all the personal touches and moments you both shared with us. Captivating and National Geographic could not compare to this quality and style. Thanks!! Hoping to go one day soon! 👍
Newfoundlander here: Wow, what a great documentary! You showed locations that most tourists would never dream of visiting and you still hardly scratched the surface on the most amazing places. I’m originally from the Northern Peninsula and had the opportunity to work extensively over the Twillingate, Bonavista, Marystown, Corner Brook and St. John’s areas. Tourists, if you are thinking about visiting, I cannot stress how beautiful the Gros Morne/West coast area is, and my favourite was probably Bonavista/Port Rexton/Trinity areas where I had the absolute pleasure of working for 5 years. Newfoundland and Labrador is a hidden gem.
You have no idea how much we appreciate you and your wife promoting our beautiful home and reminding us why we always come home… For that, you will always be welcome to your new home with us. Patrick and Michelle
Best RUclips Video I've ever seen of Newfoundland, seriously. I've watched many of Newfoundland, but this is the very best. I was born and raised in a small town (fishing village) in Green Bay area of the Island right on the ocean, my dad was a lobster fisherman, I fished with him for a couple of summers. Thank you for such a beautiful documentary of back home.
This was Mighty !!...As a resident of Newfoundland and a long time Jeep owner I wanted to say thanks for the magnificent travel log , the photography especially the drone footage was simply stunning , the narration is emotive and concise , bravo !! You hit some awesome trails and got of off the highway , gotta love Jeeps.., love your spirit , Thanks !!

Great job on the documentary and cudos to you and your wife for putting it all together . Awesome !!

I have never seen a more beautiful video. I grew up in Greenspond and my partner and I made a bet that you were gonna stop there haha. There are so Many little towns peppered all along the island. You are amazing using your drown ❤️ the whales were so beautiful I hope this video blows up and everyone gets a chance to see your work.
Very well done. As a Newfoundlander myself I truly appreciate how well you documented the geography of the province. The Government of Newfoundland should pay you for the job you did portraying Newfoundland. You made me feel the need to return soon to see places I have yet to experience.

Hello from beautiful British Columbia we have to say that was some of the most beautiful/epic footage ever what a journey thank you for bringing us along. That was the best 2 hours I’ve spent on RUclips Safe travels too you both and of course the pups 😁
Got to say you guys did an great job of showing what NL is all about, & you sure was perpaired even with your vehicle to take those off beathen paths, most come in just cars or RVs to where you can only see highway views, a great job guys in showing my island of Newfoundland, Yes we have the saying if you don"y like the weather now, wait 15 min lol, a place you can feel the 4 seasons in one day
Your drone shots are out of this world. Watching them made me the most home sick I’ve ever been since moving from NL 8 years ago. I’m glad you enjoyed the rock!
Thank you for sharing your excursion to Newfoundland with us. In 2008, we crossed Canada from Quebec, our home province, to the Pacific Ocean. A few years before, we had visited New Brunswick and Nova Scotia but we did not go to Newfoundland. Your narration of your journey complete with drone shots is brilliant. for example the whale and its breath, wow! 🤩We really enjoyed it since it was no longer in our plans to visit this province by VR, an activity which is no longer for us from now on. Thanks to you, we were able to complete our Canadian tour!
Beautifully done, stunning drone photos as well. I live in Ontario and have never been to Eastern Canada. I hope to get to at least New Brunswick before I am to old to do so. Thank you for this.
What a great documentary. As a huge fan of New England and the Canadian Maritimes, we now want to check out Newfoundland! By the way, I couldn’t help but notice the Copper Harbor ball cap! Thanks for throwing in a plug for the Great Lake State!
Just watched your documentary - fantastic!!! We fell in love with the east coast last Fall. Did Nova Scotia, PEI & the east coast of Newfoundland and are going back to do the west coast of Newfoundland in June. Appreciated Your drone footage as it gave us the opportunity to see what we couldn’t. Great job!
The whale at 44:49 was exquisite. Production value of this video is the best I have seen in all my years of YT vicarious travel excursions. Drone footage and background music perfecto. My wife and I are from Newfoundland and Labrador and though we don't live there now we may return someday. It seems like you had a great time and you've shown us some places we've never been! Anyway again thank you and we look forward to watching other videos on your channel.

As the grandson of a Newfoundlander this was a great reminder of my 1st trip to “The Rock” in 2018. Now you have me wanting to go back and stay longer and explore more. Your video was beautifully shot and narrated. Well done.
Interesting travelogue, I did a very similar trip last year. However you missed the point with what happened at L’Anse aux Meadows. It was not merely Vikings meeting native Americans, it was much more important than that. When humans left Africa about 100,000 years ago one group migrated north and settled Europe, another group migrated East and populated Arabia, India, China, Russia and finally North America. Technology advanced in Europe to the point where peoples could cross the Atlantic. At L’Anse Aux Meadows these two groups met. It is stunning to think we know exactly when and where this happened.
What a magnificent documentary on Newfoundland. I’m a Canadian in BC and may never get the chance to see this province. I would like to thank you for bringing it to me.

I was born and raised in Newfoundland in St.John's ...I moved to Pei 20yrs ago for my husband's work..this was truly amazing to see the perspective from your drone really showed why it is a gem wherever you go there there is always something different and its pristine scenery ..I've been to many of those same places and more but you've captured the alluring and majesticness of it which keeps us coming back for more...I go home every year and hope to retire there ...thankyou it was beautiful even made me a little emotional especially when I see others appreciate its beauty and people
Stunning, breathtaking - thanks so much for taking us along on the journey with you. I don’t know if you are trained in filmmaking but that was excellent!
Originally from Newfoundland, your trip just showed me a land that I actually don't know. 38 yrs of driving all over Canada and the US including Alaska and I don't really know my own province. Thank you guys kindly for inviting all of us along to enjoy your vacation with you.
How do you only have 15k subs? The quality of narration, videography, scripting, and editing, all top notch. An added bonus of brilliantly capturing the raw natural beauty of NFLD. Take my sub already.

This was a lovely documentary. You will have to return to do more touring of the Southeastern part, which is where my mother is from. My Dad met her in Argentia when it was a US military base. Anyway, there is so much more to see there. The Irish loop being one. So, I hope you will return one day. Thanks for this great positive reflection of Newfoundland and its people!
Gorgeous scenery! Fun fact about the Appalachian mountains, way back when,, they used to be connected with Scotland. This may be why you were reminded of Scotland.
Thank you for the amazing video of the province we love and are in the process of moving to (even though we are starting into our 70’s). Stunning drone work! We have been blessed to explore much of NL over the past 10 summers at the little house we built near Bonavista. Now we are committed to visiting ever part of the island in our 33 year old camper van that we have spent the last 8 months rejuvenating for long-term camping.
One of the best travel documentaries on Newfoundland out there. Reminds us of our trip there in 2019. Next year, hopefully we will return and see some of magnificent places you captured that we didn't have time to see.
What an extraordinary travel production, well done! The drone images are beautiful, the music and commentary are on point. Makes me wanna overland NFLD
Just everything about this film is fantastic! Commentary, content, music, photography, edit and the whole lot! I salute you both. Oh, and what a rig! Bravo!
Absolutely astounding photography and narration! This should be on National Geographic or other major networks. I live in BC and have been back East twice and going again in 2025. This documentary definitely does the Eastern Coast justice and is the best travel piece of this area I have ever watched. I will be looking for your other videos. Bravo!!
That was an absolutely amazing video! My wife and I watch RUclips more than anything else and this was very entertaining to watch! Thanks for all the time and effort you put in to make this! Looks like a trip to be remembered for life!
Thank you for helping me plan our trip to NFLD this summer in our New West Excursion Van. Lots of great ideas. Your commentary was most pleasant and informative. However, being a bit older than you, and one of us a diabetic, we will eat a bit healthier and stay off the bumpy roads.😊
Awesome video of my beautiful province ....I have seen most of these places myself but the drone views just make it much more vivid and thrilling especially the whale scenes....thanks for making this
Wow! That was incredible. A lot of time and effort was put into this documentary and it shows. One of the best I've seen of Newfoundland. Although we take it for granted, the scenery on this island is spectacular. Well done to Jeremiah, Renee and your beautiful dogs.
This was fantastic. My Mom was born and raised in Newfoundland. She met and married my Dad in 1960, a U.S. Air Force Airman. So she ended up here in Tallahassee, Florida. I have these two great heritages to call mine. My Southern roots go back to the 16th century, and my Newfie roots just a bit later in the 17th century. I've been there to visit many times (Mom was the first of ten, so loads of family still on the Island). There are many more places I'd love to go (haven't been to Twillingate or up the North Peninsula). Makes me long to go again and see my family, and my heritage again. Thank you so much for the tour.
Good work! Although I’m a pure amateur, I appreciate the time, skill and dedication it takes to put together a video like this. Good job also on the audio, drone work. NFLD on our bucket list. Hi Kevin.

You are seeing things that I have never even seen in Nfld and now I know I need to make a trip back to visit my Dad’s family who live in Nfld and tour some of the parts of the province that I’ve never seen! I can’t thank you enough for this!❤️❤️❤️
Hi Kim! Agree, this is an amazing travel vlog of HOME!
Wow what an amazing video of your trip! I’m from the UK and will be visiting Newfoundland next year because of this !
@@gcctravel it’s completely worth the trip. Least amount of travelers we have seen along the way
Check us out when you get here! Cheers!
Now that’s a compliment thank you very much. I regret not going into Greenpond to check out the town! You live in a very beautiful country.
so glad you enjoyed our province...it's a little piece of heaven...as someone commented, long may your big jib draw...
We agree!
Very well done. As a Newfoundlander myself I truly appreciate how well you documented the geography of the province. The Government of Newfoundland should pay you for the job you did portraying Newfoundland. You made me feel the need to return soon to see places I have yet to experience.
Brother, I wish it worked that way lol I would travel to every country if they paid me to! I appreciate the compliment. It’s one of our favorite places we’ve ever traveled.
I live in downtown Toronto and after seeing ths video, I ABSOLUTELY MUST VISIT NFLD. and escape this forest of sky scrapers. Thanks for sharing and showing me what I'm missing. Excellent video editing and quality. Glad everything turned out well and there was no need for a hospital visit. Happy adventures!!!!
Hello from beautiful British Columbia we have to say that was some of the most beautiful/epic footage ever what a journey thank you for bringing us along. That was the best 2 hours I’ve spent on RUclips Safe travels too you both and of course the pups 😁
Thank you! We have west Canada on the list too!
Got to say you guys did an great job of showing what NL is all about, & you sure was perpaired even with your vehicle to take those off beathen paths, most come in just cars or RVs to where you can only see highway views, a great job guys in showing my island of Newfoundland, Yes we have the saying if you don"y like the weather now, wait 15 min lol, a place you can feel the 4 seasons in one day
That was the best and most scenic trip of NFL ever. Your skill in making this Doc. is commendable. Thank You Both for taking us along.
Absolutely!
3:55 Hiiii puppers
Your drone shots are out of this world. Watching them made me the most home sick I’ve ever been since moving from NL 8 years ago. I’m glad you enjoyed the rock!
It was awesome
Thank you for sharing your excursion to Newfoundland with us. In 2008, we crossed Canada from Quebec, our home province, to the Pacific Ocean. A few years before, we had visited New Brunswick and Nova Scotia but we did not go to Newfoundland. Your narration of your journey complete with drone shots is brilliant. for example the whale and its breath, wow! 🤩We really enjoyed it since it was no longer in our plans to visit this province by VR, an activity which is no longer for us from now on. Thanks to you, we were able to complete our Canadian tour!
Glad you enjoyed it. Hopefully you do get back some time!
Beautifully done, stunning drone photos as well. I live in Ontario and have never been to Eastern Canada. I hope to get to at least New Brunswick before I am to old to do so. Thank you for this.
Absolutely. Glad you enjoyed it!
29:07 happy pupper jumpies :) love the documentary thank you for bringing us along. Found ya today, subscribed instantly
@@yotagerlie thank you!!!
Wow, had no idea Nfld was so amazing!
It really is!
Wow, that was done beautifully! Never considered Newfoundland as a vacation destination; that has changed. You sir have a gift.
Thank you!
What a great documentary. As a huge fan of New England and the Canadian Maritimes, we now want to check out Newfoundland! By the way, I couldn’t help but notice the Copper Harbor ball cap! Thanks for throwing in a plug for the Great Lake State!
That’s our second favorite place to go!
Great job!
Thank you. We love it up there!
The whale at 44:49 was exquisite. Production value of this video is the best I have seen in all my years of YT vicarious travel excursions. Drone footage and background music perfecto. I am a French Canadian by heritage. So proud of Canada after seeing this video. Thank you for bringing this to us. A spiritual experience
Wow! Thank you!!!!!!
Wow this is one of the best travel movies I have seen. Congrats on a wonderful exposé of what Newfoundland is like.
That was sooo well done, from the beautiful footage of whales and your adorable babies sleeping after the hike. Thank you from Oregon.
Our pleasure!
Today is the 24th of September. Watched your video and was amazed how beautiful the scenery in my province. I grew up in bonavista. Shame to say you seen more of my province than I have In my life time. Passed it on to friends who live in other provinces. Talks!!!!!
@@ronaldayles8480 thank you!!!!
Great documentary! Loved every bit of it. You guys seen more of my homeland than I did lol. Beautiful scenery. Great job. Thanks for bringing back my home sickness . Subscribed.
Thank you!
Thank you for showing Newfoundland in such a positive light. Believe it or not most of Canada makes fun of Newfoundland and it's natives. My wife and I are from Newfoundland and Labrador and though we don't live there now we may return someday. It seems like you had a great time and you've shown us some places we've never been!
Anyway again thank you and we look forward to watching other videos on your channel.
@@kractass well the rest of Canada can suck it lol. Nova Scotia and Newfoundland are a rare slice of heaven. We can’t get enough of it. It’s truly a remote beautiful place. I’m glad y’all enjoyed it!
Newfoundlander, born and raised!!! This is awesome!! ❤️
God keep our land...Glorious and free!
Thank you American friend. I didn't even know that Newfoundland was so beautiful.
You did an aces job on this...thank you so much!
Greetings from Ontario
Well said!
I was born and raised in Newfoundland in St.John's ...I moved to Pei 20yrs ago for my husband's work..this was truly amazing to see the perspective from your drone really showed why it is a gem wherever you go there there is always something different and its pristine scenery ..I've been to many of those same places and more but you've captured the alluring and majesticness of it which keeps us coming back for more...I go home every year and hope to retire there ...thankyou it was beautiful even made me a little emotional especially when I see others appreciate its beauty and people
Wow thank you! I was literally looking at maps to do another trip in the future again this morning!
Stunning, breathtaking - thanks so much for taking us along on the journey with you. I don’t know if you are trained in filmmaking but that was excellent!
I am! Thank you!
Originally from Newfoundland, your trip just showed me a land that I actually don't know. 38 yrs of driving all over Canada and the US including Alaska and I don't really know my own province.
Thank you guys kindly for inviting all of us along to enjoy your vacation with you.
@@johnsullivan5303 absolutely!
Thanks for fantastic video❤
How do you only have 15k subs? The quality of narration, videography, scripting, and editing, all top notch. An added bonus of brilliantly capturing the raw natural beauty of NFLD. Take my sub already.
lol thanks! Slowly growing!
What a wonderful trip to Newfoundland! The highlights for me were Whales, glaciers, colorful houses, beautiful coves, and lighthouses! Thank you so much for sharing it with us! Canada is great!❤️😀🙏
I’m a Newfoundlander and I must say, this is one of the best videos I’ve ever seen by a visitor to our beautiful province. Job well done and I’m glad you both enjoyed it. I’m from New Wes Valley ( Apart of Newtown) and 15 mins from Cape Freels beach. 🙂
@@ryanhart5493 nice love that area of the island !
Mate, what a fantastic video, probably one of the best I've ever seen. Greetings from England, please keep up the great work
Thank you sir!
This was a lovely documentary. You will have to return to do more touring of the Southeastern part, which is where my mother is from. My Dad met her in Argentia when it was a US military base. Anyway, there is so much more to see there. The Irish loop being one. So, I hope you will return one day. Thanks for this great positive reflection of Newfoundland and its people!
from canada....glad you enjoyed our beautiful country. always welcomed and come again.
Keep getting out and camping!
Nice trip and appreciate you playing OH Canada for your last song lol 🇨🇦🇺🇲
One of the best travel documentaries on Newfoundland out there. Reminds us of our trip there in 2019. Next year, hopefully we will return and see some of magnificent places you captured that we didn't have time to see.
Having just returned to Alberta after a 12 day trip to Newfoundland I relived the holiday .
What an extraordinary travel production, well done! The drone images are beautiful, the music and commentary are on point. Makes me wanna overland NFLD
Thank you!!!!
Just everything about this film is fantastic! Commentary, content, music, photography, edit and the whole lot! I salute you both. Oh, and what a rig! Bravo!
I love your fur babies, they're so darn cute ! ❤❤
Absolutely astounding photography and narration! This should be on National Geographic or other major networks. I live in BC and have been back East twice and going again in 2025. This documentary definitely does the Eastern Coast justice and is the best travel piece of this area I have ever watched. I will be looking for your other videos. Bravo!!
Thank you for the kind words!
An exceptional video. Thoroughly enjoyed it! I live in Nova Scotia and I'd have to say that Newfoundland is Canada's best kept secret.
Glad you enjoyed it!
From this Lost Newfie. I tell ya you did a wonderful job with this video. Thank You and I am so glad you enjoyed our Amazing Province (Gods Country).
We absolutely did!
That was an absolutely amazing video! My wife and I watch RUclips more than anything else and this was very entertaining to watch! Thanks for all the time and effort you put in to make this! Looks like a trip to be remembered for life!
Wow! Thank you!
What a spectacular adventure! Thanks for taking us along!!
Awesome video of my beautiful province ....I have seen most of these places myself but the drone views just make it much more vivid and thrilling especially the whale scenes....thanks for making this
@@fisherguy12345 absolutely! Thank you!
Wow! That was incredible. A lot of time and effort was put into this documentary and it shows. One of the best I've seen of Newfoundland. Although we take it for granted, the scenery on this island is spectacular. Well done to Jeremiah, Renee and your beautiful dogs.
Thank you! It’s by far the most beautiful place we’ve been
This was fantastic.
Absolutely! Glad you liked it!!
Where in Newfoundland is your mom from Bud? My wife and I are from Fogo Island.
@@gbltheolechurch5acrehomestead Mom was from St. John's.
Good work! Although I’m a pure amateur, I appreciate the time, skill and dedication it takes to put together a video like this. Good job also on the audio, drone work. NFLD on our bucket list. Hi Kevin.
Much appreciated!
Stunning, watching from England UK. Have so enjoyed watching your adventure ❤
@@vividdreams7072 thank you!
Thanks for the very well done documentary of your travels through Newfoundland and Labrador. The cinematography was top notch, well edited, and the video was entertaining and informative. We will plan to visit many of the locations you highlighted when we do a road trip to the east coast from Western Canada.
Awesome! I added so many places for our next trip. Could spend months up there
What can I say that hasn't been said. Awesome video of my province. Thank you.

That was incredible! Easily one of the best travel/overlanding videos I've ever seen.

The videography/editing is amazing. Extremely well done.
I spent 58 days the last 2 summers overlanding Nfld in a side by side/utv.
Incredible place!!!

Really a great video. It was nice to see visitors going to places off the beaten path that are not normally visited.
