Also in the Advent Children Movie concept book: “The Reunion Files”, one of the developers said that the 3 Silver Brothers were “controlled by Sephiroth’s desire”, so they basically had no free will under Sephiroth’s control while wanting to be in a loving family at the same time… 😔 I’m SO glad Opera Omnia FINALLY made a better explanation regarding the Remnants! 😁 Also here’s a fun fact: Based on one of the Opera Omnia cutscenes, it is implied that Kadaj and his brothers can read each other’s minds and know how they are feeling in a literal way. It’s SUPER COOL! (Sorry for the long rant. I’m glad to find someone else who knew the extra details. 😅)

Soon two weeks before AC, the three came out from the lifestream and ambushed Tseng and Elena (like we saw on the movie). If u read Kadaj's wiki profile on the FFwiki, u'll see more to it.

They're merely manifestations of what was left of Sephiroth's will floating around in the lifestream otherwise known as the negative lifestream. Due to the fact that Sephiroth does garner a form of affection for the abomination that is Jenova it makes sense why Kadaj acts in such a way.
How can You write "like a baby" in such a deriding undertone? Are only babies given to crying? To show and pour out emotion for their greatest passion ? But of course, You probably don't like the soul which he represents enough to not deride this. I find no character of a male more desirable or alluring than this one. The human male Soul which he represents is so pleasing unto me. If only, my God would give me a being as this With a heart so loyal and zealous. Flesh so undefiled, soft, and still powerful.
