In my experience, when Mr. Market is way overbought, valuations are sky high, and the caution lights are flashing yellow, the big money machers become sooth-sayers. It's a sign that troubles are mounting and the stock market is in danger of acknowledging this. How low we will go? We'll soon find out.

FINALLY, someone on the Tube that actually knows what he's talking about. He hit on every key factor that will keep this economy and asset markets humming for the next 5-10 years, at least. He covered all of it, and I can't believe it but I have nothing to add or criticize. Only one thing I might slightly disagree is whether the Fed even needs to move. They have monetary policy almost back to normal after 15+ years of fighting deflation. They just need to clean up the balance sheet back down to 2-3 trillion and they're done. All you folks who listen to the doomsayers and politically motivated bears this train has already left the station. Better find a place to jump on board or say Bye Bye.

It's a problem in Western Europe only because that region suffers from stagnant economic growth and decreasing birth rates.
He was referring to educated or skilled immigrants, not those who crossed the border illegally.
