    Excellent material. Thank you for making so much useful information free on RUclips.
    Around 1:25 you talked about S2 bits being part of blade thickness for slotted screwdriver bits. I don't believe that to be correct. Rather, the S2 labeling is referring to the AISI S2 grade of Shock Resisting Steel that is extremely commonly used in 1/4" insert bits of every drive type.
    One possibly useful tip for finding the correct size Torx or internal hex drive bit for an unknown size fastener is to start with a bit that looks to be one size too big. Then work your way down in size until you find one that fits snugly. If you try to work your way up in size, you may stop too soon (like using a T20 bit in a T25 screw). Undersize bits might seem to work under very light loads, but will likely strip once you really apply torque to them.

    Robinson drivers are also color coded, yellow, green, red (#2 l think,) black which is the largest.

    These are great lessons. I do still need help. Do you happen to know an i-FixIt Mako Driver Kit -64 with 4mm bits? Do you happen to know anywhere that they would sell a driver bit extender that holds 4mm bits? I'm struggling.

    Does which brand bits really matter? The Milwaukee are more expensive then dewalt and wonder if it is worth it

      Just stay away from the really cheap ones. The red and yellow tools should be very similar in performance.

    The world has gone driver bit insane with kits of 1001 bits and other nonsense. I'm not going to drag around 1000 of them. If I wear out 1000 bits I'm definitely doing something wrong not to mention those giant kits are made of the cheapest crap available.. Find a good quality kit or a few common quality bits and stick with them..
