1990 John Deere 4455 | Väderstad Rapid 400S cultivator-drill | From Project 55 | Classic power

Drilling winter wheat five years ago with a well-matched early-nineties setup consisting of a 1990 John Deere 4455 equipped with Stocks dual-wheels all-round working with a Väderstad Rapid 400S cultivator-drill. The Rapid was first shown in the UK in 1992, and this very early example dates from 1993.
From the popular Project 55 DVD which tells the amazing story of how the full set of John Deere 55-series tractors (4055, 4255, 4455, 4755, 4955) were gathered together and used for a year on a Suffolk farm mostly matched with period implements.
