Some businesses have tanked because they borrowed too much and then they were unable to operate without ever increasing debt. This video shares some rules to follow when making these decisions. When you do these things, you will have a specific reason for your debt, a goal for the debt to achieve, a plan to pay it off, know how it impacts your cash flow, and recognize that your invoicing procedure will affect your ability to manage your debt.
