I work in Concierge, DO NOT listen to her comments on Carbone. They are extremely overhyped, overpriced and automatic bots take all reservations immediately when they are released. Not to mention, the staff are entitled and do not give you the service you see online. You can get better Italian at several other locations in New York. EDIT- This is specific to just the NYC location. Celebrity engagement ruined the restaurant in my opinion. They only provide high level service to those who are considered VIP clients. Unfortunately, the service lacks for the average person wanting to experience the restaurant!
This is the Las Vegas location. I would say they’re one of the better Italian spots on the Las Vegas strip. Now, I would agree that NY may have many other good spots as well. Such a large variety of Italian in the city!

Uh no actually the way A Caesar salad is supposed to be made was actually caesar's own preference for some small roman dish that he simplified to whole Romania lettuce, guram(very popular fish sace in anicent rome that i probably misspelled) some fried cuded stale bread and cheese. Please note that I said "supposed to be" so the way people make it now is probably incorrect (happens alot with old Recipes that still retain their original names but vastly differ from what they originally were) but Regardless of what people add it to it or changed (which honestly isn't a lot) The idea actually came from ancient Rome.
