Both my wife and myself were born here at the old Palo Alto Hospital in the mid-forties. I still have a cousin living next door in Menlo Park where I lived until age ten. I remember the 1955 flood. Man, did it ever rain! San Franciscito Creek, which is still quite deep, overflowed its banks. So many memories...
