Thank GOD you heard this one too. I’ll never forget the first time I heard a church choir - I was 14 & had only been to church for weddings and funerals. A choir that’s solid like this - it’s like life support. I don’t know how else to express that. Cohesive or “solid” it felt like a force - support, a “I wish you would”, or something in between, it doesn’t matter. Watching this again has inspired me to find a church with a choir ASAP. Maybe the world needs a choir to breathe life back into them - it’s been a rough 2.5yrs.

Yebba is so underrated and one of a kind. Her voice imo is better than most of many performers today. Great reaction video. Your smile is so beautiful I’m mesmerized there’s something about you lol and you’re very handsome lol.

She is INCREDIBLE! I hate that she is opening for John Meyer. I love the exposure it affords her, but her voice is going to get ragged out trying to fill a stadium! She needs to play smaller venues, like this where the acoustics accommodate her. She is going to kill her voice and fast!!!

First of all, your joy and smile is infectious. Beautiful. And yes, The background singers are there to support her vocals and add dimension to the song. It’s what Yebba and her songs deserve.

It was the first time she was in this church her home church since her mom passed her mom committed suicide 😢 but this was a beautiful dedication to her momma. I’m a new sub by the way and this makes me miss my church I haven’t been since Covid

she just crushes it. And, gotta give credit where it’s due, the people who play with her are always unbelievable too! band, backing vocals, whole choir - they’re killing it
gotta say though, it’s worth going back through this song and really listening for the lyrics paying attention to how it’s dedicated to her mom. there are some lines in there that really sting (at least for me) when you think about how she lost her

This is dedicated to her mother. She died close to the time Yebba did "My Mind".

Yebba has some amazing live performances . I think her lives are better than recorded. She has a good live performance with Luke Levinson. It’s just her and him and the guitar. He has an eclectic sound that pairs nicely with Yebba.
