About the driving there are many people don't know how to drive , even though our streets are bigger than European countries's streets but still there are people don't respect the law or they might literally don't know how to drive , my father told me basic rule about driving when I started to learn driving that basic rule was : when you drive you should put in your mind that you are the only one have a mind in the street the others don't have one which mean be ready to expect anything from the others , that basic rule should apply in all countries not just in Kuwait
Yeah specially in kuwait because in kuwait most people are not Kuwaiti there but they are totally welcome most people are from India Pakistan Egypt Lebanon Philippines Nepal most these people are the the ones that are mostly the ones that are terrible drivers but most Kuwaitis they are good drivers

Thanks for that. I ask because every video I see has men in trousers/jeans. I was in Saudi many years ago and when out running in my shorts men in cars would drive at me and try to hit me. I had to be very careful and run into the sand dunes so that they missed me. It would appear that Kuwait is a bit more lenient than Saudi Arabia.
Oh my god! I can't believe that they tried to hit you with their car! I'm very sorry about that and I hope ur okay. This is something that would never happen in Kuwait. Shorts are clearly acceptable in kuwait. That's what most men wear (Not to mention kuwait is really hot) . Unlike Saudi Arabia, people (including women) have more freedom when it comes to clothing. Feel free to wear all kinds of western clothing styles just be respectful toward our laws (for example nudity is not acceptable at all).
