Really glad you made a video on these boots Hard to find anything on them. I'm a climb cho oyu this year and need to replace my Olympus Mons. I always go halg size up on moutaineering boots also. Have you tried them with crampons going down hill? Do they rub at all walking down on a slope?
I have not tried them yet! I head to Argentina this month and will need crampons for Aconcagua. I will reply back next month when I complete the expedition :)
@@P1ea5eho1d hey buddy just got back from Aconcagua. These boots fricken were amazing!! Great comfort going up and down terrain/snow/some ice. Easy to put on. I also was told by many other pro mountaineers here in Argentina that these were more comfortable than millets and la sportivas.
Great boots. What trip(s) did you buy them for? Initially I was thinking something in the high Himalayas, but from what you went on to say it sounds like you're fairly new to mountaineering so that seems unlikely.

I am very new. I took them to Aconcagua! Summited almost 2 years ago. They were perfect for the journey👍

Nice, I had a pair of scarpa climbing shoes. Probably most uncomfortable shoes but they really made a difference

To be honest I wore only 1 thick pair. Those boots kept my feet real warm!
