Don't pay anything, directly call uber and report this incident. Also do a cyber complaint and FIR.

@Anil Kumar Yadav please inform your bank about fraud and immediately call 1930 and they will give you acknowledgement number. Also file FIR with Local Cyber police...n keep a follow up with local cyber police....don't believe any hacker saying they can recover your money....don't pay any further money to anyone
