You shouldn’t have to keep resetting the feeding lever. Page 7 in the instructions explains how to set it so it automatically swaps yarns when the carriage goes into the changer.
Really curious what kind of table you have? I have a workbench that tilts and has height adjustment but it's not wide enough for the ribber, I only use it with a different machine that doesn't have a ribber attached.
Hello, thanks for this! I have exactly the same equipment as you, which is very handy for me, and am just learning how to use it. It's my first knitting machine so forgive if this is a stupid question: you're doing a clever workaround with a tuckstitch punchcard that I haven't quite uderstood: is it that you're using it to create a colour (stripe?) pattern *instead* of the tuckstitch that it would normally make, or as well as, or...? It'd be great to see the finished knit piece! Many thanks.

🙏That part bothered me so I'm so glad to read your comment, that's very reassuring to know!

Where did you get the drop table for the ribber and what is it called so I can look it up? I would like to purchase one of them. Thanks.
