I've been doing these with normal paper, is it easier with the paper used in this video? If I'm not mistaken, this paper is thinner correct? Therefore, should be easier to work with? Either way, great video keep up the great work! No idea how people make their own origami.

Is the copper foil paper absolutely necessary? Or is it just to make it easier to see how it's made?
I feel like it might be more durable, and necessary for making all those little folds... but I don't know... rookie question.

this is a great fold and looks really good, i tried with printer paper and it is just too thick, i bet the tin foil paper makes folding this much much easier, unfortunately i can't afford tin foil paper ... anyway thanks for sharing
Honestly, I just glue printer/origami kami to the back of tin/aluminum foil and it works just fine. I even get a nice color scheme! Try it :)
