Do you know anyone from pma 148 LC who was Rec after being NR? i have met boys from TCC who were Rec after NR but didnt see anyone from PMA LC. kindly confirm

Sir I'm 147 recommended candidate.
I went through a nose surgery commonly known as DNS.The ENT specialist did not give me fitness certificate because the surgery was done 2 weeks before the joining.
Alhamdullilah medical went all
Fine in 148.Now the question is
how likely will I have the possibility of receiving joining letter??

Hope so you are best in your health conditions.Sir i have 2 queries which if you entertain would be helpful. Sir i wanna ask about is there any chances for reconsideration for pma 148 L/C as recommendations are very less.
Secondly, sir i am told that there won't be any physical+medical for 149 L/C repeaters.
