Great video showing us your adventures. How special the trip continues to be. You are one lucky couple living your best life. The landy continues to be the focal point and what a fine vehicle it is. Someone about the defender is hard to describe. It creates a way of life and adds a special something to the experience.
What a wonderful video, all the wild life and the beautiful scenery along the way . As all ways a spectacular video again you two . Thanks for sharing your wonderful journey and memories with us your over landing friends . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A. :) :) 🌍🍻👍🏼😁
Steve!! Thanks again for coming back to our videos. We enjoyed a lot the wildlife and landscape in Etosha and we had also really good luck 🤞. See you around!
Thank you Laurent! Yeah we met Steffi a couple weeks ago it was nice but we also used the time too put the camera down for some days and enjoy the time together 😉
We finally didn't do Van Zyls pass. I couldn't convince Kai, he had been dreaming about coming to the coast for months and it was so overdue I didn't want to pressure him, with such a detour. But we got to experience some epic locations in that area. Stay tuned 😍
That rhino encounter was absolutely incredible. Right place, right time moment. And the pressure cleaner, what a savior. We finally could get rid of those nasty ants, once and for all! But I feel bad for the guy , he was so good and we ruined 20 min later 🙈
We love it too, and we’re glad we made it here! I (Kai) have to say I have a split relationship with deserts. On one hand it draws me to them and I’m happy to be there. But on the other side it gets easily too hot for me and I’m also glad when I leave the sand behind cause it’s everywhere (food, Bed, car, hair… everywhere) 😂
Yes, it is small pockets indeed. We were really happy to see those rhinos (2 in the video, plus a male we could not get a good shot of him) and the rest of wildlife thriving in this part of Namibia. It is sad that it is only in highly protected places, like here, that one can find them alive.
Wow this was such awesome video love it, I cant wait to start my world tour drive from the US to Alaska Canada Central America, Chile Haiti to West Africa, South Africa and Europe. Hope to start this tour before 2023 ends or beginning of 2024
You could be making money like "Grizzly and Bear" an Australian/French couple....have you investigated it yet. Unfortunately you have to be over enthusiastic....American style....get your superlatives ready. It is also good to have some cool hobby like rock climbing....part of image making.etc etc. You can make good extea spending money for your travels (but you probably know all this already)
Hey Bert, haven't figured out yet. We are not planing to open a Patreon account, like other creators , as you mention Stephy and Leigh from GrizzlyandBearoverland. For the moment , we leave it open to donations(via Paypal) to anybody that wants to tip , so we continue making quality videos (helping pay for the new camera for example).

Hi. You guys must try and do the Van Zyls pass while you there. A drive worth while. Also Sossusvlei. Dune are stuning

Wow cool with the rino incunter!
It was amazing yeah !! So close! We don't have it in video but the cub nearly touched the car as he was too curious 😝
Nice encounter with the Rhino's. Also, nice encounter with the pressure cleaner.

All I can say is, ENJOY !! I love Namibia since 1967 and religiously go back there - specially the Namib desert.

@@Thebluelandy Ha ha ha ha can understand that. However I was born and grew up in the Kalahari desert so sand and heat is a must for me to enjoy it !

Thank you for watching! Glad we can share it with you
Its makes my heart sing to see pockets of natural wildlife ,even if its only small pockets in a large continent.

Hey Lonnie, thank you I’m glad you like it!
That trip sounds awesome! Maybe we’ll see each other in South America! Anyways best luck for your travels
Great video, as an East african from Kenya, i just realised that the zebras i saw in this video are a bit different with those found in my country.
Thank you so much! We got told that Namibia has mountain Zebras in some places. Not 100% sure which ones we saw.
Thank you so much! Yes ,they are! 🦓😀
@@Thebluelandy oh i get it, that's a different breed
