    Really good tips. I would ad also taking care of our emotional body. From my own experience I can say that that this is very important. Our toughts & feelings can drain our energy or enhance it.
    Also, I learned this from my QiGong teacher Andrew Kenneth Fretwell.
    ''The most important thing that we need to remember and to claim for ourselves, is that all feelings and thoughts start off as Qi, life-force. If we can manage our Qi, our life-force ... then we have a wonderful tool for managing our emotional body...The energy of anger is hot, and rising. Before you identify the emotion of anger, those qualities of heat and rising are already there inside of you. Let’s go to the opposite - depression. The energy of depression is sinking down, and it’s more cold and isolating. Similarly for fear - it’s more cold, it’s more deep. From this, I think you can get a sense of what I mean when I say that the Qi comes first. '' - Andrew Kenneth Fretwell (from his book Emotional Alchemy - The Love & Freedom Hidden Within Painful Feelings)

    Do you have a video already or are planning to make one on the 3rd principle to build Qi? I feel like this particular topic need further diving into at this point in time. The difference between true rest & what some people believe they are doing to rest (but actually expending energy) I'm currently rebuilding my Qi. I have a qi deficiency. So I've been doing my best to be in "hibernation" mode for a bit but it's hard when external forces keep beckoning me. Not happy about that

      Hello, does you qi deficiency come wit digestive issues? Please help 🙏

      @RealZayComo. It can. If you don't have enough energy in general, you're digestive system will be sluggish. And if you can't digest food, you will not get enough energy/Qi anyways. But it's probably not the main issue. Qi deficiency is more likely to be caused by digestive problems than the other way around.

      I believe it means the kidneys are weak. Recommended to eat black foods - wood ear mushrooms, black sesame, etc. look up “he shou wu” Or “fo ti sha” - herbs that are supposed to help, but do your research on it to see if it’s good for you

    Yes, totally agree. Also one more way to go for sure, is to measure your qi. You can do it by a unique tool called egely wheel. Do you know it?

    I enjoyed this thank you. Can you talk about Intermitent fasting and the effect on Chi? OMAD and the effect on Chi?

    • @Biggiiful
      @Biggiiful 11 месяцев назад

      If you aren't eating enough for you're body size tand energy wand and energy expenditures, then you will start to lose energy/qi. So that can lead to qi deficiency. Fasting and OMAD are fine, as long as you are still taking in the total amount of calories you need for a healthy weight. Wether that's in one meal a day, or 3.
