    Does the crankshaft gear have a keyway to keep the gear locked in position on the crank or is it slip fit like the petrol ford engines?

      Yes piston 1 must be at top dead center.

    How do you know injection pomp shaft is to the sign?

      No need to timing the hp pump as long as the timing chain is in place.

    Amigo me podrías decir hacia donde apunta la ranura de la bomba inyectora , saque la polea dentada y perdí la posición

      Simplemente instale la rueda dentada de la bomba de inyección y siga la marca de sincronización de la rueda dentada.

    Hello, I own a Kia Cerato 1.6 crdi 136 HP vehicle. My car is at 86,000 km. Diesel is mixed with the engine oil, the oil level is constantly rising. There is no problem in the operation of my vehicle, the idle is normal, there is no noticeable black or white smoke from the exhaust. It works immediately with a single start in the morning, there is no problem. The technician said it could be the DPF and he removed the DPF and cleaned it in the machine. The DPF was around 40% full, but it was still cleaned. But that was not the solution either. Engine oil level continues to rise in my vehicle. I think there is no problem with diesel injectors because there is no indication of injector failure. The vehicle engine has a timing chain. Could it be from the high pressure diesel pump seal? Or what could be the problem? Could you help? Urgent. Thanks in advance

    Olá tudo bem então eu segui o passo a passo da sua montagem porém quando eu fui por a tampa de cima eu percebi que faltou uma um deslizador ali na corrente de baixo faltou o senhor por ali aí eu desmontei aqui de volta e montei colocando a peça no vídeo aí o seu irmão tá sem sem falta um falta uma peça ali nesse vídeo né na montagem do senhor

      Maybe no oil pressure going to the tensioner.

    boss wala po bang kunya ang supply pump nya ? paano mo malalaman kung nka uno na ang injection pump .

      Oo boss walang kunya ang supply pump. Timing mark lng ng chain at sprocket ang sundin.

      boss may tanong po ako ... nag knocking2 sound po yung na gawa kung h100 pag speed nya ng 80 ... baka advance po ang injection po nya kahit na e.tapat ko na ang timing ng sprocket .

      @@DiYSpanner walang pump sa oil boss.. tinanggal ko yung flexible hose sa alternator,walang pressure sa oil.. posibli pa ba na oil sensor boss?

      Kung maayos naman ang kadena na nag drive ng oil pump at hindi barado ang oil cooler at walang oil pressure...posible oil pump di na gumagana boss.
