Being from a family that had meat as part of the menu
We used to find various ways to use the same ingredient …
In this case “Minced-meat”
So there are burgers, lasagna, kebabs, potato chops, kheema, mince pan-rolls, snake-gourd stuffed with mince , kheema -pulav , moussaka , meatballs served in a tomato gravy
To just name a few ..
Kebabs seem to be the simple go to ..
So sometime , you can marinate the mince and keep it a little in advance ..
