Fathercraft This is all such helpful information! Thank you so much! My question is, after 4 dispenses would I have to throughly clean the funnel with soap and water or could I just give it a quick rinse to use again right after?
We have an 11 month old baby girl, she’s been formula fed since week 3. There is NO WAY we would have made it without this machine!! It is worth every penny and I would be willing to pay double its price! Specially those nights when she was still eating every 2-3 hours around the clock! It’s almost time for her to switch to regular milk and I’m having mixed feelings departing from my machine and it’s convenience 😢
Having absolutely no experience with powdered formula... would you say that there are different consistencies between brands? Do some mix better than others? Does the machine help mitigate these differences?
Hey Nick, great question. There are differences in consistency and how fine the grains are ... so, Formula Pro Adcanced has different settings for different brands of formula that help make sure it mixes well. You find your formula in the guide and use the buttons on the Brezza to set the machine to the right setting. Best, Paul
My baby is now 2 months🥰 and I’ve been wondering if buying Baby Brezza was worth it or not. After this video i know for sure I want it. I will definitely sign up for the contest to see if I get lucky! If not, I will be getting my own for my little one! Thank you for the making it easier to understand!!
Hi Nancy, the nozzle just gets hand washed every 4 uses, everything else just once per month-the water tank can go in the dishwasher, the powder container and 3 parts just a gentle hand wash with warm soapy water. Hope that helps! Paul
Hi Oscar - I always found that a gentle shake at the end was all you needed. It never clumped up to the point that it stopped the flow of formula from the bottle, in my experience.
How hot does the water actually get? Wondering because I was told it’s safer to actually boil water and let the formula sit and cook down to rule out any bacteria that could possibly be in it ,so I want to know if the water gets that kind of hot?
How well does this travel? Also, If you introduce a warm bottle to your baby, will they refuse a cold bottle at other times if you leave this at home? Do you recommend also having a bottle warmer?
Hey Cameron ... Formula Pro is not particularly portable. Cold bottles in our experience depends on the baby ... some will, some won’t. But, part of the adventure is figuring out how to make warm bottles on the go ... running under a hot faucet ... a little hot water plus a lot of cold from Starbucks ...
Does this keep the water heated constantly in a reservoir, meaning you'd need to leave it plugged in all the time or have to wait a while for it to heat after plugging it in again? We really are limited on counter space for things like this to be always on if we aren't formula feeding for each feeding.
Do we have to de-scale the machine periodically like I need to with my Keurig? Any chance of mold growth inside the water tubing? Great, useful review.
We used the original brezza for almost a year with tap water and didn't notice any sort of residue build up. However, I know that not all water is made equal so depending on how much calcium is in your water supply may have an affect.
Hi Srebristina - the water is heated in the tank so you don’t have to wait for it to heat up. However, once you refill the tank it’ll take a few minutes for the refilled water to reach the set temperature.
I really wish we had gotten this after I struggled so hard with breastfeeding. Those late nights are brutal. I remember spilling so much formula from being half asleep and the baby just flailing around haha. Can I ask what brand of formula you use?
Hi Cheyenne - Thanks for the comment! I couldn’t agree more. Personally, sleep deprivation and I did not mix well 🥁🥁🙋🏼♂️. We used Infamil with both of our kids.
I have the same bottle warmer - don't you need to cover the bottles as you warm them up? Or have I just been making myself more dirty bottle parts than I need? XD
What does the powder setting refer to? (Sorry, going to be my first baby so completely clueless about formula, and everything else baby related for that matter)
Hi - different formulas have different consistencies so the Brezza accounts for that by requiring that you enter the setting corresponding to the type of formula you are using.
I’m new to the baby Brezza. My question is how do you know how many ounces of water to set with the formula setting. So my formula setting is 6. How many ounces of water makes up a perfect bottle. I hope that makes sense.
Hi Faith - yeah makes sense. So the only thing you need to know is how how many ounces you want made. The Brezza takes care of dispensing the appropriate amount of water and formula.
If you’re using filtered water (as opposed to distilled) do you find that it builds up calcium residue like Nespresso and Keurigs do? Do you have to descale every once in a while? And if so how?
We used the original brezza for almost a year with tap water and didn't notice any sort of residue build up. However, I know that not all water is made equal so depending on how much calcium is in your water supply may have an affect.
Fathercraft I can’t remember where I read that since I’ve been on overload with baby reviews lately. I put it on my baby registry anyways. I figured people weren’t cleaning it as directed if they experienced that issue.
1. Were you ever worried about the water to powder ratio? I know that each powder has a certain setting but I have read so many comments and reviews on people saying that they tested the baby brezza (which the company advises NOT to do since you supposedly can't test it accurately yourself) and it dispensed either too much powder or too little powder. 2. Was every bottle perfectly mixed or were there sometimes clumps? Thanks!
Hi Sandra - I never encountered any clumping issues. At the extreme end, I would have to gently swirl the formula after it dispensed but never ran into clumps.
Fathercraft great! Thanks. And the water to powder ratio? Ever worried about that? Like I mentioned so many people said they tested and it dispensed an incorrect amount of powder

I'm this close to returning, looking toward to your valuable response. Thanks!
Definitely seems like there’s some sort of issue there. I would exchange it for a new one just because I think it works so well it’s worth trying out another one.
Curious to know if I would be able to adjust the temperature to an almost room temp heat (or with no heat at all), and if so would it still mix up the bottle properly and perform just as well? My baby luckily does not prefer a warm bottle over one that has not been heated, and I would like to keep it that way in case we’re out and about and am unable to warm one up. Thanks for any feedback! 😃

Will there be a software update to provide daily affirmations?
Dang we hope so Mark, seems like something they could push through pretty easy ...
What is the best way to clean the nozzle and formula storage parts?
Hi Nancy, the nozzle just gets hand washed every 4 uses, everything else just once per month-the water tank can go in the dishwasher, the powder container and 3 parts just a gentle hand wash with warm soapy water.
Hope that helps!
Paul
So, besides the nozzle/funnel piece every 4 bottles and the formula container/parts every month, are there other pieces that need regular maintenance?
Nope - that’s it.
is there a water temp degree or how will i know if how hot is the water came out?
are the parts that need cleaning dishwasher safe?
Yes they are.
We just switched to formula and the night feedings are a pain. Is the Pro quieter than its former model?
Hi Sandra - yes dramatically quieter! Dramatically quiet...🤔? Yes - definitely quieter. I’m sure you’ll appreciate this straight forward answer haha.
Are the parts dishwasher safe ?
Hi Isabel - all of the parts in the formula canister are machine washable as is the water tank.
Does it always mix the formula probably or should one still mix it after it's prepared to make sure all the clumps are gine??
Hi Oscar - I always found that a gentle shake at the end was all you needed. It never clumped up to the point that it stopped the flow of formula from the bottle, in my experience.
First time mom expecting twins next month! This would be so helpful!
Have there been any clumping problems??
I can tell this thing has been a saving grace for my family and our twins. Just make sure you clean it when needed and no issues at all! 🏆📽😉✊
I’m adopting a baby and this sounds so helpful! Does the milk come out the right warm temperature safe for baby, or do you need to let it cool?
Hi Emily, it comes out at the correct temp, ready to go!
@@Fathercraft Great, Thank you!!
Are the washable parts dishwasher safe?
Hi, the water tank is dishwasher safe, but the mixing pieces should be hand-washed. Best,
Paul
Hey, I have the baby brezza bottle sterilizer. Do they recommend sterilizing the parts? and do they recommend washing it with a light dish soap?
Hello. Sterilizing the parts aren’t necessary - just a light wash with mild soap does the trick.
How hot does the water actually get? Wondering because I was told it’s safer to actually boil water and let the formula sit and cook down to rule out any bacteria that could possibly be in it ,so I want to know if the water gets that kind of hot?
There are three temp setting: room temp, 98 degrees, and 104 degrees. Baby Brezza doesn’t heat formula just mixes warmed water and the formula.
Why isn’t my bottle warm even I put on the setting to high temp??? It’s cold when it came out ;-(
Is LCD screen easy to read and is it small print?
Hi La-Toya - the display isn’t particularly large but it is well lit and easy to read.
How well does this travel? Also, If you introduce a warm bottle to your baby, will they refuse a cold bottle at other times if you leave this at home? Do you recommend also having a bottle warmer?

How come the powder setting won’t show? If you get the 4 onz dose it all ready do the powder setting?
What does cleaning the funnel consist of? Multiple parts? Need to sterilize?
Just a quick rinse. It doesn’t need to be dried before using it again.
What setting should I put for infamil brand ?
Is there a wait time after you turn it on to warm the water like a Keurig or does it do it in real time?
Hello - the water is pre heated in the tank and it only takes a couple of minutes to warm it to the temperature you set.
Do you leave the machine powered on 24/7 or turn it off after each use?
Are that parts dishwasher safe? Sorry if already asked didn't have time to read previous comments.
Hey Stevie, some of the parts are but a few should be hand-washed.
Can you adjust the temperature on the Baby Brezza or does it usually stay at 1 warmth setting?
Yes There are three settings. Room temperature, 98°, and 104°.
Does this keep the water heated constantly in a reservoir, meaning you'd need to leave it plugged in all the time or have to wait a while for it to heat after plugging it in again? We really are limited on counter space for things like this to be always on if we aren't formula feeding for each feeding.
Hello. Yes, the machine needs to be plugged in to keep the water warm. It takes about 5 or so minutes to warm the water up after plugging it in.

Why I get only half of spoon of milk for 2 oz of water I try setting 10 7 and 4 and same half of spoon
How easy is it to clean the funnel from the gunked formula?
Super easy. I either just run it under hot water or scrap it out with a wash cloth.
Why buy this model vs the mini?
Can you help me? Why does the water dispense in UK sizes and not US? How can we adjust this?
Can you dispense multiple bottles one after another or is there a wait time for the water to heat up again?

How often do you find you have to refill the water tank?
Hi Courtney. The 50oz tank is equivalent to around nine 6oz bottles. For us it was about every day and a half or so.
Does it mix as well on the room temp setting as on warmer settings?
Hello - yes mixed quite consistently regardless of temp setting
I have the same bottle warmer - don't you need to cover the bottles as you warm them up? Or have I just been making myself more dirty bottle parts than I need? XD
Haha - you might be right. I think that may have been an oversight on my part during filming.
Do settings need to be adjusted everytime it is cleaned?
Hi Jose - no settings are kept even if the Brezza is turned off and then back on.
Have you had any problems with molding or leaking?
