I am genuinely not feeling confident from that draw -- apart Dinamo at home, they are all tricky matches. And once again, the manager has to earn his paycheck competing in multiple competitions otherwise serious questions need to be asked. UCL Matchday 1: 17-19 September 2024 -- sandwiched between an away match at Spuds on the 15th, a Carabao Cup draw on the 17th against Bolton (that may get rescheduled), and then away at Man City. UCL Matchday 2: 1/2 October 2024 -- sandwiched between a home match to Leicester on the 28th and a home match to Southampton on the 5th. UCL Matchday 3: 22/23 October 2024 -- sandwiched between an away match at Bournemouth on the 20th and a home match to Liverpool on the 27th. UCL Matchday 4: 5/6 November 2024 -- sandwiched between an away match at Newcastle on the 2nd and an away match at Chelsea on the 9th. UCL Matchday 5: 26/27 November 2024 -- sandwiched between a home match to Forest on the 23rd and an away match at West Ham on the 30th UCL Matchday 6: 10/11 December 2024 -- sandwiched between an away match to Fulham on the 7th, home to Everton on the 14th. (home match to Yanited on Dec 3) UCL Matchday 7: 21/22 January 2025 -- sandwiched between a home match to Villa and an away match to Wolves UCL Matchday 8: 29 January 2025 -- two days before a home match to City And we haven't even gotten to knockouts or next stage of the competition. We're talking about games coming thick and fast -- one match every 3 or 4 days. This manager must learn how to manage and rotate a squad otherwise we will be crashing out of competitions left and right, and it's beyond evident the bench is nowhere near the standard of quality needed. We need at least three level-raising incomings before the window closes. But knowing how we move, conventional wisdom would suggest not to expect it. It's going to be a very long season....
Agreed. Currently the only thing stable is our defence. The midfield is questionable but i guess it can be durable if Kai get some game time there as well as nwaneri but the attacking depth is the worse cuz we only got 4 reliable attackers. Jesus is injury prone and arteta dont play nelson.
@@Gooner184 maybe you should tap into reality one of these days. We are poor in Europe under this manager, and he still hasn't shown any capacity to manage and rotate a squad. Considering how thick and fast games will come, it is tantamount to manage fitness. We lucked out with the lack of injuries we had to key players last year -- it would be foolish to presume we come out as injury-free again with more matches on the docket.
So we have: Inter (A) PSG (H) Atalanta (A) Shakhtar (H) Dinamo (H) Sporting (A) Monaco (H) Girona (A) That's a very decent draw. As the bare minimum, we should be looking to win 6/8 Should guarantee a top 8 finish imo. COYG
@@user-oi4bj4cv7u how is that deluded? Should beat Girona, Monaco, Sporting, Dinamo and Shaktar. Atalanta, PSG and Inter are tough but are also all winnable.
@MikeBird95 should bro but you ignore the fact we lost to Lens at home last season..... you've had a 5-year sample size of this manager. You should know by now that he will more than likely find a way to lose to what we feel like are avg teams.... I've learned my lesson

21:50 “get on with the draw, turn the computer on” FR
the Scottish accent was hilarious
With this squad we are winning nothing we need more players.
Do you really think that

That draw better sound the alarms to sign a top striker/forward by tomorrow!
Arsenal won't do $hit in this new format
How did you get on at work today?
I'm sure the players would like to know. Did you give yourself the thumbs up? 😂

Hey sorry Lot of tricky games there Curtis …. Can’t say I am 100% happy, it looks worse the more I look!
We're also rans again this season in Europe.
I wanted the new Madrid sooo bad 😩
But then again.. if we meet them on a later stage, it will mean even more. 😏
They even got a B-tech looking Ranieri in the draw. 🤣
our squad is really slim, not counting unexpected injury/ilness and exhausted from domestic games. I think this year is gonna be a bad run.
RONALDO is the GOAT

Why's psg in port 1 there just like us euro ways

So deluded
We are not winning anything with this squad, without signing a striker, Arteta is in for an awakening 😂😪
