FYI: From 2007-13 before Aashiqui 2 came, Arijit was assisting as programmer and music producer for Mithoon, Pritam, Vishal Shekhar, Salim Sulaiman side by side as he thought he had no future in playback singing with all the competition. So he used to sing lots of scratches as well that would get replaced with the singer the labels wanted then whoever was famous. This KK song was one such song. Beetein Lamhe was originall sung by Arijit and later KK sang the final version🔥🔥
Tbh this is the phase where arijit is developing his voice...now.look today how his voice has changed a lot..❤

I think you have checked out KK's unplugged of the song which Arijit tried. Arijit might be the king of dynamics but KK is the undisputed King of melodies, just can't help but sing when you hear KK sing.
