It's way too late to change mentality of 25 Crore radicalized citizens into Secular and open-minded. All Islamic countries are modernizing at lightning speed, but Pakistan is under the control of Molvis, TTP, Taliban, Army, etc. As long as they exist, they will sell religion to public as an emotional blackmail in order to keep the public under their control. They know that if 25 Crore Pakistanis are educated, then they would ask questions that was impossible. And if Blasphemy, Apostasy and Sharia are removed, they know their life will be at threat. So, they don't want Pakistani Sunni Muslims to progress. Molvis, Army, Politicians, etc., want Pakistani Sunni Muslims to never think creatively using their brain, or else their money making methods would be closed if all 25 Crore Pakistani Sunni Muslims become Secular. Hence, it's impossible to change Pakistan unless someone overthrows Mulla regime like how Ataturk Secularized Turkey.
