All beautiful quilts. Love the snowglobes, especially. And I appreciate your attitude about the "learning experience" you had on the one quilt. Just think of the fact that the quilt has a story to tell. a story of life of a quilter.😉
You always have so much lovely you share with us. I always look forward to & enjoy you & everything SEW much. The bonus: do I even have to say? Did you see how your kitty “wound up his engine” before diving into your quilt?!!! He certainly had no problem with that “special” line of “longarm stitchery!” THANK YOU, Jessica & 🐈⬛ ❤❤
Thank you, Jessica! Lovely Christmas quilts! I love your way of adding fun to your snow globe blocks. I enjoy panel quilts too. When I've made quilts for family members, my cats were allowed to test them. If they're good enough for Freddie Bear, then they are good enough for my sister. Marion
Love these! I have the Tasha Noël Snow Globes pattern *and* a bunch of the yardage from her first collection it was designed for. The snowflakes pantograph you used for the quilting design is perfect. Seeing your version has inspired me to make that one my next project!! All of your quilts are beautiful Jessica, thanks for sharing them with us!! 🎄
Love your festive quilts. I also appreciate you sharing your mistakes and what you would do differently now. I had a big accident with my Juki and can’t quite let it go. This helped, things happen ❤️🩹
Such beautiful Christmas quilts Jessica! Mistake or not, they’re beautiful♥️🌲 Love the fabric for the snow globe! I have the Pixy Noel line fabric and this pattern will be perfect to use! I was searching for a pattern to show off the prints, but not just squares, that seem so blah sometimes. Love it! TYFS♥️🧵🌲
Pretty quilts. Thanks for sharing about your “mistake” on the one quilt. I just had a quilt Long arm Quilted by someone else. I was slightly short on the backing so I added a 5 “ strip top and bottom so hey would have enough to attach the backing to the machine. Instead of making sure the quilt was within the designated backing fabric, I have a strip of the added fabric on the top quilted and trimmed, ( good thing I used a white scrap that matches the white in the backing fabric ). It is a quilt for my grand daughter and she won’t notice, but it made me upset/sad. I finished it and will still give it to my grand daughter for her birthday this week, and I know she will like and use it. Thank you for sharing your quilts.
I love the cats eye pattern on the Santa Claus panel quilt. Was that Oliver that sat down on the quilt? Lololol. And then came a boo, who is that? My favorite is the second quilt. The quilt you did not put the border on would have been really nice with those on point diamond shapes as the border. Thank you for showing them. I really hope to have beautiful quilts to show off like yours. I’m a little long in the tooth but I keep watching quilting videos and trying to learn every day.
I am still looking for the perfect pattern to do a queen size Christmas quilt. Thank you for you show and tell. Quilts and cats, can't have one without the other. 🤣 Is that Oliver?
I chose MSQC Sticks and Stones for my Christmas queen quilt. I collected red and green Christmas metallics and used Fairy Frost gold for the squares. It’s gorgeous and I love it. It has a traditional with a twist look. 🎄🎄🎄
I did. You can find the pattern here- jessicadayon.etsy.com/listing/1618989377/peppermint-quilt-tree-skirt-pattern-tree I also have videos on making it. Here is the playlist- ruclips.net/p/PL7tkUbVINWnTlHoPCvfxfLVgh8PM0jOUm

Do you label your quilts? Any tips on an easy way to create quilt labels
I don't do it often enough. I'll share how I do and some other ways in a video soon.
I love the Christmas quilts but can’t help but notice that fall leaf quilt in the background on the quilt rack….pattern name please.
I talk about all the autumn quilts on my ladder here- ruclips.net/video/9S47tX9hTl4/видео.html
Is Oliver on the naughty or nice list?
Nice always (even if he is a bit naughty 🤣)
