Nice work. Chainsaw is handy. We just harvested a cow with the crossbow with similar retrieval. Had to quarter it, carry it to our canoe, down and across a creek and then 4 wheel it out of the bush. So much work but so worth it! Nice to see some Ontario hunting! Cheers from Nipissing!

Hello , I just recently found this channel.. And realized I met you guys last season on this very hunt. We were one of the first camps as you cross the bridge into this unit. I believe I talked to you briefly as you made your way in. I found your remaining pile of jenga birch firewood (at your campsite) doing some touring on ATV's while scouting. We hunted a different unit this season as its nice to move around a little. Can I assume you didn't archery moose hunt this year ? I commend you on the filming while hunting part, we are often asked why we don't and the answer is the amount of work it takes is crazy.. Good job and good luck in the future.

We did have the opportunity to moose hunt again this year in a different unit. We brought our dads out this seasons and have a video coming soon! Thanks for the good wishes and wishing you the best of luck in the future as well.

Stinging nettles and water will stop the burn/sting you might need to submerge the body part for awhile, we have them here in NW OH USA along our rivers and creeks you learn there look quick as a boy playing in the woods and creeks!
