I do intermittent fasting 16/8 Eat all natural food No dairy No gluten No pulses Always home made food . Following this for last three months but I can’t get rid my chorionic constipation . Please advise
Hi It could be as simple as that the quantity you are consuming is less. In IF, one focusses too much on time rather than a balanced meal and the right proportion. Try increasing the proportion of your meals and water intake. Sometimes having an apple or papaya also helps (my personal experience). All the best
Hi Luke. Listening your videos regularly. I eat early dinners. I chew good. But still I feel acidic at night. Mostly I drink water to dilute it. Yesterday I had dudh ( milk ) roti in dinner as I had pulse cutlet ( homemade)as pre workout with evening tea. Even than at 11 pm I felt lots of acidity as I had to take digene which I always try to avoid. What could be the reason ?
Need reconfirmation on what you said about mock meat, that it's bad..isnt it made out of soya and mushrooms? Need your expert advice... Love your videos..

Have radish (mooli) with every meal. This will really help your constipation issues. Me and my colleagues at office have benefited from it a lot.

It is ok to go to the bathroom after we eat. It’s better to have bowel movements than be constipated. Unless it is unusual in form.
