First time I heard the song, I was driving to the pakastani spot to get biryani. Ghostface's verse came on I was like "oh shit, thats the most vivid picture ever painted by spoken word ever" I pulled over to the side of the road and listened to song 3x in a row. Got home, walked in the house like "all around the world, the murder rate is increasing and WE decreasing." Then I realized I never got my fucking food.

Forever was the best album slightly ahead of 36 chambers in my eyes. Only reason i say that is because it was so polished with nearly every track being a burner. Every member on that album brought their best hand to the table, definitely an A++ album
Wu tang forever is a bit better only because it is a double LP and again, every track is badass. 36 chambers is one of my favorite tracks tho.

Their evolution as their own artist made Wu Tang forever better. Only negative for me personally is just too many tracks. Would've rather they Cut it down to like 12 or 14 songs. Still an incredible record and a classic undeniably
