Demaskh - Halal Shawarma (ask and check with ownership)
Tango Dolar - Halal argentinian steak (did not try ourselves, but google reviews state that it is halal)
Al Rawshe - Halal lebanese, recommended by locals
Puerto Natales:
Afrigonia - Seafood, unique Afro-Chilean cuisine (no zabiha meat)
Papma Y Mar Restaurant - Chilean seafood (no zabiha meat)
Santiago:
Mas Que Hummus - Shawarma, halal chicken
Soho Thai - Thai seafood (no zabiha meat)

Looks like u didn’t search properly in Argentina. I’ve Lebanese origins and I eat Lebanese and Syrian food all the time in Buenos Aires. Plenty of sirio-libanes restaurants. Also to say that you can not find many options besides Argentinean food is false. Sushi is extremely popular u can find a lot of sushi restaurants everywhere, Italians Spanish Colombians Venezuelan and Jews too. Or Chinese as well like in Chinatown in Belgrano.
And of course u didn’t go to Ushuaia cause there it’s seafood city, like spider crabs (lobster) or black hake(toothfish) Argentina is not only meat.

You should have gotten a kosher steak in buenos Aires. There are a few restaurants there with a kosher certification
I wish. I don't really eat Kosher (don't necessarily view it as bad, I just never did because in America halal food is plentiful so never felt the need to do so) but let me know if you have specific recommendations!

I believe Brazil and Mexico have some good sized populations. Colombia is another one.

Do you have a work permit?
You can't get a job in Chile without that.
Your question is kind of weird.
If you're being hired in Chile or if you're being transferred to Chile by your employer, they must do the paperwork and ask you to provide what papers do you need.
It's against the law in Chile to work if you are under a tourist visa. People do it? Yes, but since it's against the law, they're exploited by whomever employs them, they don't have any workers' rights, it's useless.
Chile is NOT the US nor Europe.
We are a third world country in South America.
