  • In this episode of In the Circle, Eric joins us with a powerful inquiry about overcoming codependency, all the while shedding light on the complexity of process addictions.
Process addictions, such as codependency and food addiction, are distinctive because they involve fundamental aspects of life that we can't live without.
Codependency, in particular, revolves around the deep-seated human needs for love and connection, often blurring boundaries and creating challenges in relationships. We’re all on a quest to learn how to be in harmonious relationships of every kind in our life.

Hi Tommy 💜 thx so much for this beautiful talk 🙏 I struggle with the saying "a human being in progress" or: "becoming who I want to be" ... since I also learned that the path of Yoga is one of unraveling who we are ... unlearning ... we are already perfect from the start. If i need to be in progress all the time... I feel uneasy, restless, and unhappy with things exactly the way they are at this moment ... can you say something about this pls? 🙏
