The anointing of the holy ghost is a gift from God and it is given freely by God by anyone who desires it like you do. All you need is to ask from God in faith and receive it in faith.
Mark 11:23 says whatever we desire will be given to us when we pray.
Just surrender totally to The Holy Spirit.

The Lord gave me a revelation while I was watching this program. As I lifted my hands to receive a healing, I saw a picture of the 24 blood transfusions that I had received in a period of 1 1/2 years. That was around 17 years ago. I was prompted in the spirit to rebuke all spiritual transferences that could have occurred from those transfusions. I'm in the process of learning how to pray about this and am so thankful to the Father for revealing this to me.

Telling people of the glorious encounters with the Holy Spirit and the wonderful testimonies is how you stir up the faith of the people and get them ready to receive by building up their expectancy because God is no respecter of people: if He did if for one, He will do it for another, even you.
