If you have Yelan sig(Aqua Simulcra), you don't need Polar but sig is always the best, for sets Nymph is a very good upgrade over 2p2p and HoD if you stack it properly, especially when you need to do long melee combos like this abyss, for your builds 66/233 is good but I would recommend also getting a bit of EM... if you need anymore help feel free to drop your discord and I'll try to help from there.

the best upgrade for childe would be to stop playing him altogether :)

I have skyward harp and c0 tartaglia I never used him since neuvilette release should I get polar star for him or harp is good enough?

Aqua will be enough, no need to invest into Polar Star if you have Aqua unless you wanna main him
