Heyyy. For the back extensions, you need to fully round your back. Like completely hunched over, round shoulders, chin tucked in (so there’s no tension through it) at the bottom and stay the whole way up. And only squeeze ur butt cheeks n don’t move/bend ur back like at alllllll. Ur doing insane xx
Yes to the cooking! I’m nosey when it comes to what people eat, the cooking part is my favourite part of vlogs. Also, add a bit of flour to your roast potatoes, that’s what makes them extra crispy xx
The worktop vinyl is supposed to be peeled off gradually then you smooth it out as you go with a bank card to get the bubbles out 🥰 it looks so good though they're so nice and affordable xx
That exercise you were doing, I don’t know what that thing is called, but the way you were doing it will work your lower back. If you want it to build your glutes or flute shelf, turn your toes out just a bit and keep your back curled, like hunched. It sounds weird, but if you do it that way it will burn your glutes!!! I hope that helps and makes sense ❤️

Prob too late now lol, but just for future, if you use a spray bottle of water all over the surface that you're sticking vinyl to, and then have the non sticky side kinda layered over itself, it's much easier to lift the vinyl back off and fix it the way you want it, and then you just attach it down to the surface bit by bit and use something flat to 'squeegee' the bubbles etc out when you're happy with it!! Hope that makes sense! My mam does this stuff as her job so I've seen it be done a million times lol. Love you so much!!xx

With the hyperextensions for the glutes try round your back more as if your kind of hunched over (not the most attractive I know😅) don’t come all the way up as you just end up putting too much pressure on your lower back. I wouldn’t use weight and just really work on that mind to muscle connection making sure to squeeze those glutes! ☺️ looking amazing girl woo well done💕💕
