Hey, love your content. Thank you so much. Just a little feedback on what you can do better; slow down your reading pace and pay attention to where you have to pause and change your tone. It was a somewhat challenging for me to follow initially because you were reading as if it was a long sentence without any pause. Thank you. I look forward to seeing more content from you.
Preindustrial - before mechanization and industry (mass production). Industrial - mass production, a lack of specialization, factory production, etc. Postindustrial - information centered, innovation, new technologies, focused on service industry.
thanks for the great video. i wonder why the vassal model failed and capitalism took place. also capitalism is a society type or an economic model or both. Wikipedia says is society type
From what I've read, I think the vassal system died out because of the attacks from the Germanic tribes. I think the Lords were not able to protect their people as they claimed they would. I think capitalism definitely came about because of the Industrial Revolution (both in the UK and the US) and the specialization that took place in the factories. Capitalism is an economic system (model) like you stated. Yes. I think wikipedia is potentially wrong because capitalism would be the economic model and democracy would be the political model. Thanks for the great comments and questions. :)
