Mobs don't have a chance to dodge in retail. Enemies 3+ levels higher have a 3% chance to parry. It is important to stand behind raid bosses, as they are 3 levels higher and do have that parry chance, but dungeon bosses are level 82, which is only 2 levels above the player max level, so do not have any chance to parry.
