Thank you for the quick demonstration of mixing different greens!! This is the most helpful video I’ve seen on greens, after a local in-person course and months of watching videos!

Loved the closing of your video "our job, as artists, is to try to help people to see that there are beautiful things around us"!

I adore Andy and his approach to subjects and the work. He’s a wonderful artist and a great teacher. I’m ready for him to give us a new class, as I’ve taken both of his existing courses.

Excellent tips. I appreciate all of your videos, sharing your process and thoughts. I have ran into the problem many times, of picking what I thought was a good image to paint only to realize it has no value (not enough light/dark, not enough shadow). I am planning to follow more of Andy's advice and do those value studies first.

Very helpful, thank you. I can relate to the trying to find something spectacular to paint. Just causes me not to paint.

Where did you get the palette and what did it cost? Everything I've looked at like that was 60-$100 unless it was crappy plastic

I find this also a lot of colours. Why not 2 primaries from each. Then you have enough I think.
And you are right. You don’t need a lot of colours. But it looks great when you are in a shop 😅
