Say usually when a random drunk guy comes to insult you, with whatever topic, it's common to go with it for not to give any satisfaction to the person who said it by showing that they would have possibly gotten to you. Say someone would call you ugly and you would say: "Oh really thanks, I haven't noticed it in all of my years on earth, you must be really smart with that keen eye of yours". That type of thing.
